Milage was wrong. The people before us went 14 miles ovwr which would have been charged to us had i not noticed it. The teuck was nasty spilled food dirt and ashes all in it. The back was dirty and had roaches in it.

Location was easy to find and they helped with locating a spot to bark. Easy drop off no issues.
Charles MMy location on my reservation got changed not once but TWICE. The second time it got changed even after speaking with a representative on the phone. The morning of my moving day you guys changed my location less than two hours of my pick up time ! Such an inconvenience ! The location was horrible ! There were people outside with loud music and the entire parking lot reeked of marijuana. I was extremely uncomfortable and that was so unprofessional ! If I would have had more time I would have found a different truck rental company and cancelled all together. You as a company need to do better. I will never use this company again and never will recommend you all either.
