I got charged for multiple days that I should've not got charged for. It's literally put my bank account in the negative because I was not expecting a large payment to come out like it did after a very lengthy stay at town for doctors appointments for my sick child I am highly upset.
opal tWe had a mobile drop off and it went easy. Lot was very easy to find and navigate to park the truck. It was unclear where to put the key but the office had a mail slot so we assumed we just drop it there.

William BNone of the scratches or paint chips were marked on the truck. Doing self check could result in someone not paying attention to details and getting charged for damage that they did not do. With AT&T I only had 1 -2 bars and LTE so the check in process took me an hour. During the the check-in process the lock would not open, I clicked the link to get help but it took me to a video of a completely different lock. When I clicked back it took me out of may check in process and I could not get back to the pick up my truck option to complete the process. I called Truck Share to wait on hold to be told how to open a completely different lock (all of this while standing in the rain). I eventually handed my phone to my wife to use two hands and figured out the lock had to be squeezed to unlock - truck share did send me a link to complete the pick up. The truck was dirty inside and the app said I had uploaded the maximum number of pictures so I was unable to visually document the dirty floors, sand everywhere (from the muddy gravel parking lot that the truck was sitting in) and all the compartments were dirty. The truck had a rattle when taking off and sounded like transmission noise at times but then would be fine the next time I took off from a stop. I called truck share waited on hold told them, put back on hold to then get transferred to a department was not there??? I had to call back wait on hold by that representative never put me on hold and made a not of the noise. After loaded our mattress I saw the grease smeared on the wall of the truck. Someone gobbed red grease in the track for the roll up door. I had to wipe excess grease off the track. I then had to clean grease off the wall and floor. If that was not caught that could ruin someone's furniture. Not sure who the idiot is that gunked grease in the track like that but they need to be fired. Dropped the truck off also took forever do to the poor cell reception at the location.
Joe LI pulled in to where all the trucks and trailers were parked. Would have sat there for hours except a guy next door told me the Uhaul Office was across the parking lot. Would be nice if there was a sign directing to the office. Otherwise. Everything was fine.
ronald sWas very uncomfortable environment .. guys was sitting around eating breakfast and was just weird I guess because we arrived shortly after opening and none got up to really help us plus they forgot to give us the dolly or make sure it was in the truck .. I called back and all I was told was to come back and get it well with the charge of mileage .. I said no!!! So made it fine without it .. these old men running this branch might need a visit by an inspector.. creapy experience for 2 women to visit on their own .. the Paducah south side u- haul location is wonderful and very helpful they helped us with boxes and tape .. would revisit them instead even if it is 10 plus miles out of my way .. just a better experience. The guy who helped us was great even helped load the 2 bundle of boxes for us .. Thanks
TAMMY IWe had to wash the inside of the Uhaul because it was dirty and grimy. The location we rented from was great other than that.

Cynthia NEven though we rented a 20' truck for the drive a month ahead, they called the day before and gave us a bigger one instead. Would've thought we got the 20' and they ensured we had it then. Rentals we purchased with the truck (furniture pads) we're missing.

Paul JI made the "guaranteed " reservation at the Irvin Cobb location and was forced to drive across town to get the trailer. The trailer should have been moved by U-Haul staff to the location of the reservation- that how good customer service works
David SWas supposed to check in at 7 am. Upon arrival app said I had to wait till 8 am for "hard" check in. Attendant arrived at 8:10 am so didn't get vehicle until 8:30. Vehicle windshield was cracked. Shocks were bad so vehicle was very uncomfortable. Felt unsafe on road. Horrible experience. Massively disappointed.

Brett HI signed up for one pickup location, then got an email to use another, but when I logged in to my account it stated to use original location. My uhaul ended up being at the email location. Not a huge issue but added hassle to a busy day packing for a move
Robin SI did the self pick up, went in to ask information and got my trailer. Got home let them know that for some reason it wouldn't let me say i picked it up. I was told i stole it even though we talked to them and had a reservation. Hooked up the trailer and brought it back and then was told I was good. Dont appreciate being called a theif.

tom fIt was a small location near the location I needed. It worked fine. The attendant was very helpful it getting me hooked up and on my way.
Robert SThe only thing that did not happen is that the necessity of checking the straps on the auto transport when stopping to get gas was not explained and this was not done. When we arrived in Omaha the straps were completely off the tires of the vehicle and we were unaware of the hazard this posed.

Neal HOve r$200 for a one way rental of appx 78 miles is way way way to expensive.. It would have been cheaper to pay to have it delivered.

Jeff BThis site is a sideline operation for a nearby mobile home park and was not open on Sunday afternoon when I dropped the trailer off but man answering phone said he'd check the trailer in the next morning when they opened. I took photos to confirm drop-off with date and time stamp to show location and overall condition in case there were any problems later.

Brandon wTo who May Concern: I returned the vehicle early with less millage that I was allowed..I did returned it at the wrong address because I didn't know there is 2 u-haul company on the same road. The man that received my paperwork early should've told me that I was on the wrong place, but no, he didn't even wanted to ck the truck when to see if anything was wrong on it. I think he just took advantage of the situation to make some extra money. I can't believe that a 44 mile trip with U-Haul would and an early returned (8 am to 3 pm) would cost me close to $200.00. The confusion started when 2 day before the rental I stopped there for information, he convince ,me to do a reservation from Benton to Paducah KY. and he told me to pick it up in Benton and to drop it over there at his place. I think they took advantage of me. I had open heart surgery 3 weeks previous I see how crooked dealers take advantage of people when they are down and build a bad reputation.. I would never recommend or use of your services again. Thanks for your attention, Eugenio Rosario

Carolyn HI had to wait on the guy to come back to the office, for over an half hour, then it was another hour before he was able to figure out the online order I had put in for the rental.
James Pdid quick check in online and still had to give all my info at the rental place. that quick check in was a waste of my time.
