Terri HarrisSCHMITTS SERVICES DOES NOT NEED TO RENTING UHAULS, they are EXTREMELY unprofessional, they like to charge your card $167 MORE AND they don't even give you a phone call to explain the NEW transaction. They are fraudulent, horrible and just down right need to be SHUT DOWN! Since this experience I WILL NEVER rent a uhaul again. I would rather WALK every single box to the new location than to ever rent another uhaul. I'm out $230 for a 24 hour rental that has MAYBE 50 miles put onto it

Melissa ShockeyThe worst customer service I've ever had. Lost truck for 2 days after dropped off. Building is very sketchy looking . Then lied about looking at their camera's for drop off time .
Melissa AbsherIt was difficult to do the after hours drop off because of cell service limitations. I tried 3 times to go through the steps specified online, but I gave up taking pictures of everything using the link provided by Uhaul and just put the keys in the drop box. Customer service during hours of operation was great and I've rented from this location many times.
Gabrielle MilesTwo questions on my particular rental vehicle. Do UHaul trucks have cruise control? I saw the +/- switch on the stalk but could not find any other controls. I had problems getting either 12v outlet to work. They need to be checked for proper function (blown fuse?).

Jon MartensI called and told the owner that I had gotten sick with Covid and would need a few days to get back.. when I felt better I went to get truck and it had been picked up by him and ith all my stuff in it.. I’m filing theft charges for my stuff inside truck.. I gave a extra $100 deposit for truck.. if he needed anymore money he could have called I would have gladly payed him.. there’s a certain way you are supposed to conduct yourself asa business owner that wouldn’t be a good choice.. also I had called U-Haul main office aswell and let them know.. definitely didn’t deserve to have to go look for my stuff

Mariah ThomasHas nothing to do with the location the guy was super nice just the truck was horrible it broke down on us and we sat for two hours at a gas station in some town I don't know. The truck wouldn't shift out of park the guy took the inside of the truck apart and never put it back together for us just left it like that and told us to go it messed up twice more causing us to struggle with it yet again it was a mess will probably never use U-Haul again the simple fact it takes over a half hour to get someone just headed to where we were and another hr to get to us to even help us the message we gave them about what wasn't working was never relayed to the mechanic correctly either. It was a complete mess.

Michael Leefrom beginning- I had advanced reservations that were made at another Anderson location(ACL) days prior .i arrived 25 mins early to pick the truck up when I arrived I was unable to get the key due to the location not being able to be picked up on my phone location to get the key out the lock box .. so my reservation were moved to this location which pushed my move time back another 2 hours .. The rep was really nice and willing to make sure that I got a rental but the first truck i received needed some maintenance work done to it and it shook really bad while driving it .so it had to go back and then I was giving another truck (2nd) where there wasn't even a quarter of gas in the truck and that broke down on me 6x's through out a move and I had to call roadside on the side of the highway I was able to push the truck after I kept restarting it to my new home where road side came and look and fix the truck which push my move time back another 6hours. and Then i was still expected to return the truck back at the time 1hour before i received the truck which was at 11am. I was able to call and Uhaul while waiting on roadside and spoke with someone who was trying to contact his regional manager and was unable to do so so he sent me an email where he told me to fill this form out some I wouldn't have to pay for this bad experience this was absolutely the worst experience of have ever received with U haul me and my family rent there a lot not sure if i will again if U haul is not willing to make this right
