Great customer service and helpful crew. Although, Dropping off my equipment at my final destination, the UHaul worker informed us that the support/chains of the car trailer were not done properly from my pickup location (this one). They worked of course keeping the car secure to my destination but not done as expected.

service at this location was above my expectations...Earlier I had called a emergency # on the Kiester street Uhaul business door and had a poor experience with that Manager..Make sure you treat your Mom and Pop businesses as good as your larger ones because a lot of times they are way better at customer service,,Schmitts Rules..

TRUCK WAS THE ****WORST*** I HAVE EVER SEEN FROM UHAUL!!! THE ROOF HAVING MULTIPLE HOLES IN IT...DAMAGED MY TV AND SOFA. HOWEVER, I'M. BEING INCONVENIENCED FOR IT. I AM BEYOND PISSED!!!

The location in Anderson was the 3rd place I was sent over 2 hours after I was scheduled to get my truck. I was told my pick up was in Muncie then was sent to two other places. I was only given extra miles. Well of course I would need extra miles you people made me drive over an hour of my time around Muncie and Anderson to get the truck that I paid over $300 to use and over $40 in gas. I will never be using UHaul again the stores themselves were unprofessional and the corporate office was not helpful either.

It is interesting that we passed at least three locations that had U-Haul trucks on their lot in transit to this location. Overall the reservation process was difficult through the telephone. One location (ACL at 5330 Dr. MLK Blvd., Anderson) that had trucks that was called did not answer their phone, one location was helpful (1823 E. 53rd St.), and the initial reservation was not able to be fulfilled due to a scheduling error. This is not the first time we have encountered this type of issues. It should be noted that the Schmitt Service location was very, very helpful and kid.
