Ratchets for wheel straps need lubrication once in a while. They worked well just stiff

Jerrod LTire had a screw that was visible and tire was flat. They did pay for repair but I had to take it to get repaired and wait. Also the trailer lights did not work. My trip was from Georgia to Florida. Imagine driving with no trailer lights. I made a lot of people mad and probably risked some lives. They DO NOT CHECK THEIR EQUIPMENT BEFORE RENTAL! I have used U-Haul in the past for rental trucks but will NEVER RENT A TRAILER AGAIN!

EMORY TThe U-Haul AT was very good and enjoyed using it to haul my MGB sports car. The experience with the location of pickup was a bad experience in many ways which I would not wish on anyone. At any rate my use of your equipment was a success and I appreciate this. Merci.

Cheryle EI believe that it would be great if the Uhaul was swept prior to pick up. If a charge is added to clean rear than it should be swept. I tried to get the guy to show me how to add and disconnect the trailer that was asked to be hauled and nothing..

Kristi WIf you are in need of a U-haul service, this is the place to go. They have a large selection of trucks and trailers. The 6x12 enclosed trailer we used was clean and pulled like a dream. Zero issues with this company. Ms. Jennifer was a pleasure to work with. She was very efficient and took care of my every need. Would definitely use their services again.

Sandra RNo assistance at location in checking trailer for functioning of lights or hooking trailer with correct tie down. I called the business once equipment was loaded and I noticed a nail in the tire. I called and asked could someone bring tire to change. Representative explained that she was the only one there at the time and since I didn't get the insurance it was my problem not hers. So I called the uhaul assistance office and they sent roadside assistance out to replace tire. So that location will never be referred by me to anyone in the future stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ZANDRA SThis was by far the worst moving experience I've ever had. Although Scott Holder Properties did go out of their way to service me, the entire experience was horrible. I reserved a uhaul with an entirely different vendor. I spoke with the vendor before my arrival only for him to be unavailable and not answering calls when I showed up for my rental. After several calls to customer service I was informed that someone would deliver the uhaul to me. By the time he arrived it was already dark leaving me to pack in the dark. I had issues with the tow dolly and no support to assist at my home. I had to go to another local uhaul for support. The gas was low when the vehicle was dripped off causing more time wasted having to fuel before departing for TN. This was my second rental in 6 months and the second issue I faced. I will never use uhaul again in the future. Both experiences were well below what I expected as a customer. I am highly disappointed in the services I received.
Romonica OThey tried to give me an old beat up trailer they called "Goldie". The lady who worked there did notwant too give us the old trailer because for one she knew we were traveling long distance,however she was unable to change the trailer number. She called her site manager and he refused to switch us to a more reliable trailor he stated he can use the old one. As a customer I feel as if uhual should be better. If it was not for me inspecting "goldie" and seeing that there was a gash and the rubber off the tire I would not want to imagine the consequences. I was pulling a uhual with my family and the lack of care and respect from the site manager shown to allow his employee provide a different trailer was appalling. I guess money is more important to lives because there was no way we would could have made it from Eastman to WashingtonDC in Goldie.

Rex AWell the website said it was open on Saturday until noon I think but it is closed all day so I think the website needs to be updated. I had issues with my online account trying to get the truck returned but they were closed so I finally got someone from uhaul on the phone and the lady was very helpful and nice and was finally able to get the truck returned .
Lisa SNothing to improve at the Uhaul business in Eastman A person was walking out to me before I even got out of my truck. Very courteous, helpful, friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone. The week prior I dropped off a auto transport trailer. The business was closed but I parked the trailer in a spot and put the paperwork in the drop box. Awesome place.
Charles HThey called us the day before we could turn in the truck to see when we would be turning in the truck. We told them Saturday afternoon. When we went to turn in the truck, they were closed. They could have told us when they called that they were going to be closed and how to return the truck but they didn't. This is my second bad experience with this company.

Keith FI had to figure out how to disconnect my trailer and then lift it off the hitch by myself (I am a 60 year old man). This was a 12 foot trailer! Not happy with the lack of service at all.
Bryon ROnline menu is too cluttered on my kindle fire hd10. Info needed to access is in background and impossible to read. Company products are splashed all over screen hiding everything else.

Cecilia HGreat customer care. The truck was stucky inside the cab on passenger side. Probably juice and inside the truck wasnt swept. There was trash in there from before. I didnt find it too bad. Its definitely not something someone would have seen just opening the door. Trash was in the attic. Overall the truck was good. Drove nicely. Did notice a back driver side back up light out but we did no night time driving. Would definitely recommend this location because staff was super nice. It's clear the truck was dropped off to them so they wouldnt have know about the issues.
