The wheel strap for the drivers side did have significant wear/cut. I let the young lady know that it may need to be inspected/ addressed. Transaction went super smooth and the setup at Searcy's is easy and organized for in and out with the equipment.

I was supposed to pick up the truck close to where I live and hade to travel 28 miles to get the truck.The person at the location in Forest City NC told me i was to go some where else to get the truck then hung up on me.Searcys was outstanding.

We picked up the truck and it did not have the appliance dolly or blankets that we paid for. Unfortunately this made our move take way longer, but Uhaul did give us an extra day to account for that.

We picked up this truck on a Friday, and they are closed Fridays. Used the APP and had a great experience. Had a little difficulty opening the lock, but call customer service and was able to get it open. Great service!

Be sure to check trailer wire harness condition when checking lights. Ours was faulty. Check rear door does not get stuck open because spring tension was excessive Ours stuck open.
