They say rent u hal for $19.95 and 74¢ after u go over 50 miles that's a lie I used truck from this location to John shehan to millspring landfill then back to this location drop off didn't even get over 30 miles and cleaned washed before take back gas barley off Full mark and got charged $100 that's crazy

However, despite reserving the truck a month in advance to ensure availability at the most convenient location, I was disappointed to receive a call the day before informing me that the needed truck size was unavailable and that I would need to go to a farther location.
FREDERICK DTerrible experience. Spent nearly an hour on the phone with three different customer reps trying to check in the trailer. The place we drop it off (Searcy's in Columbus, NC) NEVER SHOWS UP in drop off locations, even though they have dozens of U-Haul trucks and trailers there. Last rep I talked to assured me that the trailer had been checked in, then a week later I start getting emails saying I've never checked the trailer in. Just awful. At least six rentals in the past six months, have the same problem every time...why can't you list your drop off locations?
