Bill was great. We had an early pickup in -10 weather . He had the truck was clean , running and warmed up.

the online pickup took way too long- just about 45 minutes. this was after the 30 minutes i spent the day before putting in my reservation.

Was approached by another customer who was upset that the truck he rented had been double booked (the one I rented) and he had to take a larger one. So not sure if this is an issue with this location.

Samantha BThe truck was left dirty for me. There were dings and scuffs that had no (quick claim) X stickers on them. I made a three minute video of the truck before driving away. The man who rented me the truck said not to worry because I had the good insurance. There was no way for me to upload my video to the Uhaul app. Uhaul should have a video camera system that automatically goes around the entire truck the same way the water spray equipment goes around your vehicle in a car wash. My shaky three minute video did not show all the dings and scuffs, I was noticing more as my three day rental went on. I was happy to only be charged for what was agreed upon. I guess that I will use Uhaul again but I will definitely look over the equipment more carefully.

LARRY PThis location was the best I've ever used. Bill was great from the beginning of the transaction to the end. Very personable and helped me to understand the process. I rented a cargo van for 7 days and had to extend it a couple of days after. That process was incredibly easy. I would highly recommend using this location. I definitely will the next time I need a cargo van!

Dylan HI experienced a unique situation while renting a van, however, UHAUL's customer service was truly amazing. I had the pleasure of having been connected to Tia Williams and she was a godsend in my journey as well as Jeff the regional state manager, they very very informative and patient with me and my situation. I will only recommend and use UHAUL in any future need because they were very compassionate, patient, and professional throughout my journey.

Carl KThe pick up location was good people there Wher nice.however the regional guy out of vt was horrendous.gilly gilcris has no people skills and is very standoffish.there was a slight problem on pickup due to a new employee that should not have been a big deal but he called texted and when I called back was horrible to deal with.the next morning I kept getting messages and calls from him but this time he was calling me Kevin and being rude had to call and explain I’m not Kevin please get your files right.once again location was great regional guy not so much.i won’t go here again while he’s around.

Howard DPlease note that the pickup location listed here is WRONG. We picked up our 20ft Uhaul at Crazy Ed's Powersports LLC located at 633 John Stark Highway in Newport, NH. It was an hour and 15 minutes before we drove off the lot with a truck we had reserved earlier in the week. The poor guy we had to work with was nice enough but was a fill-in and had not been given adequate instructions as to how to boot up the computer and complete our transaction. He was also unable to schedule us for a drop-off at our desired location. We had to make phone calls and arrange that on the other end. I am by no means faulting the man whom we dealt with. He was very nice and apologetic. I am faulting Crazy Ed's however. The owner of the store should be held accountable here for not properly preparing this man. Their lack of foresight caused a significant setback in our move and resulted in unnecessary stress not only for us but for the man we had to deal with as well. I would not ever recommend this location to anyone.
pam hThe insurance agreement is deceiving. It says that it's walk away insurance but then on the day I sign the agreement, it discloses that there is a $250 deductible on overhead damage. I was told by the central phone call center that I couldn't back out of it because the agreement had been printed. I don't like being deceived.
