Your fuel policy is killing your vehicles. You should rent them full and then require that we return it full - the math is the same, but it's better for the customer and the vehicle. Leaving a truck on 1/4 tank in the winter is dangerous.

ARTHUR HTruck had a hard time starting and staying running. Drove it 5 miles up the road and pulled over at gas station. Had to put gas in it as it had 40 miles till empty when picked up. Opened the back at the gas station and it was filthy! Dirt and mud! Put gas in it and drove it back and dropped it off! This location sucks and truck was unacceptable! Never again!
