The lady working was incredibly rude and condensending. Uhaul had a check engine light on.
Emileigh MackinnonThis is just a small gas station that has some trucks outside. Our transaction was continually interrupted so the clerk could sell people cigarettes and drinks. They didn't show us the truck but just told us to look for the numbers on each truck to find it. The truck was dirty. She didn't even check the other driver's license. She didn't give us a receipt. They didn't have one of the dolleys I reserved not to mention the other stuff. No way I would ever use this location again.

Jackie WilliamsI reserved two dollies and furniture pads. When I picked up the truck, those items were not available, and the site was unable to provide them because they said they are only a pick up location. U-Haul's website/app should not allow customers to be able to reserve items if they know they're not available at specific pick up sites. Extremely inconvenient for the customer. Also, the truck had not been swept out by the previous user, and the passenger visor was broken, which was a safety hazard while driving due to it swinging around during turns.

She told me she couldn't help me at all and I got 3 different price quotes from the same location and ended up none of those prices were correct.

Kayla ParksRating this as an average experience because gas level was at 2 quarters of a tank and when returned, the app said otherwise......I was charged an additional 16 dollars for the additional gasoline, I even took a picture of the gas level. With that being said, the concerning part about this rental wasn't the gasoline situation, but rather a safety and privacy issue. As we were ending our trip our iphone's notified us that an "airtag" had been following us and tracking our every move for the entirety of our trip. Our home location was recorded, our friends home location, and the entire trajectory of our trip. Not sure if this is a security measure taken by uhaul but it is alarmingly concerning to receive an airtag notification and have our home locations recorded. We sound located it, and there is in fact an airtag somewhere on the left underside of that Uhaul. I would like some form of reassurance or confirmation that this airtag was in fact placed there by uhaul. If anyone can contact me regarding this matter, please do so in a timely manner.

Paulina WaasI reserved additional equipment to make my move easier but there were no furniture dollys, furniture pads or regular dollys available. Why allow me to reserve and pay for these items if your locations do not have them available?
Todd RoeYour represebtatuve lied to me and told me that the daily rate was $19,95 and that included 100 free miles after which I would be charged 0,89 cents per mile. I dove exctley 103 miles and I was charged $91,67 for all 103 miles. I called to file a dispute and was told that I was disqualified from the promo program becuase I kept the Vehicle for an extra two days and therefore did not drive 100 miles per day but only 33 miles per day. On the day I rented the vehicle I called and asked what the charges would be if I kept the vehicle for two additional days and was told that I would be charged $19,95 per day for a toltal of $39.90. I intend to file a credit card dispute with my bank as soon as they open tomorrow morning.

Bradley HarwardThe attendant asked me to take a photo of the fuel level and mileage. Why is this my responsibility? You would think the attendant would inspect the vehicle and get the mileage and fuel level.

SHARON LOPEZThe customer service is horrible. Rude people for the pick up and drop off. But the location itself is fine. Truck did what it was supposed to do. But why does someone have to be so angry that I want to pick up and drop off a truck? Two different people, same bad attitude.
Kendall O'MalleyI pre ordered a dolly with my truck rental. It was not there when I went to pick up my rental. She then instructs me to go to this other uhaul 2 miles away. But they did not have one either. I then had to drive in my rental another 22 miles round trip to a 3rd location being charged 99¢ a mile. Adding $24 dollars to my rental charge. And when I confronted her about this she said I don't work for Uhaul youll have to contact them. What? Im picking up a uhaul truck at your location you should be responsible. So I guess I have to pay $24 extra to rent a $7 dolly? Unacceptable!

RAY boucherThe truck was very dirty. It obviously had not been cleaned. There was dirt and dust on the dash and console. There was trash on the floor The employee was rude and unpleasant. She was not wearing a face mask for COVID precautions. The truck was dirty. When I returned the truck, I parked it in front of the office because all the other parking spots were blocked. She told me to move the truck, even though I explained that there was nowhere else to go. She also had me go take pictures of the gas and odometer on my phone. I didn't turn those in, so I don't know why she didn't look herself. Eventually some parking opened up and she demanded that I move the truck before I could complete my return. Absolutely terrible customer experience. I will be adamantly telling people not to use this location.

betty chancellorVery convenient pick up/drop off locations. Easy to walk through the online instructions since I picked the truck up before the location opened. Truck was absolutely spotless, inside the cargo area as well as the cab. Fuel economy was shockingly good. I filled it up before my move and used maybe an either of a tank.
Alex MartenkaI rented the uhaul at 330, but didnt drive away until later that night. The attendant took the dolly I rented out of the truck. When I got to my location 40 miles away no dolly. Called and let them know. No one said sorry! Went to return and it was the worst experience Ive ever had face to face in 45 years. The Attendant actually made me step aside everytime a gas station customer came in. The 3rd time I refused and she said : I dont work for uhaul, my gas station customers come first." I was taken back and so were the customers in the store they actually said to help me. On another note if you call for uhaul when she answers the phone she will say this is a gas station. You have a problem. I want this addressed and I want the $28 credit for the dolly I rented and the $30 credit for the dolly I had to rent at my destination.

MATTHEW SKINNERVery dirty, my pregnant wife had to wipe it four times and it was still disgusting. The engine noice was horrible and very annoying . I will never rent a car through this location and I will make sure I don't recommend it to anyone either .

JOHN MCCAFFREYBoth locations, pick up and drop off, the app was not able to identify my current location so I couldn't use the app based pick up and drop off. I had to get the personnel onsite to help in both instances. It was not a big deal unless I would have needed to do so after hours.

David CoherGet staff that understand how to check out and check in equipment. Fix your website so that I can check equipment back in easily when the attendant has no idea how to do it. I kept getting errors and had to spend time on the phone with customer service just to return it. Overall it took me about two hours of my life to rent a $10 dolly for a day.

Chance YoungHorrible experience will never go to that location again and would never refer anyone there. My ex husband and I moved several times and he normally goes to a uhaul and never anything I dealt with. Just such an inconvenience.

ron gatesThis location is right off the Seaward offramp, but we didn't notice any prominent signage at the front of the gas station indicating that this business was also a U-Haul facility. We ended up driving a couple of miles in the wrong direction before we came back and saw a small semi-hidden banner with the U-Haul logo. I called the number of this facility to get directions and it went to voicemail with the message that the mailbox was full and could not take messages. So, either larger signage or the name of the gas station on the website would be very helpful.

David TettletonLady did not check my id or credit card. I wanted to add another.driver but she closed the contract and told me rudely that I should have told her. Truck was dirty inside cab area. Soda drops on inside window and duct tape on the passengr side window.
Gayle LondoMake sure the location has everything that the customer ordered and paid for. I was only given 11 furniture pads instead of the dozen I had requested, because that's all they had there. Also, if my preferred pick-up location had to be changed for the company's convenience to a location further away from where I was loading my items, I should not have to pay for additional mileage, as I had no choice in driving the extra distance.
Dixie AlbertsenClerk was nice, just didn't know anything about U-Haul rentals. Didn't know answers about any of my questions. I guess that is why you don't employ gas stations as U-Haul vendors.
