JULIAN LWas treated well with good customer service once inside the store. When I arrived, I was unable to enter the office during office hours; tried to open the glass door and it was locked and saw the UHaul person inside. I was told to wait while the UHaul person spoke with another person in the store. The UHaul person did not get up to come and tell me but just spoke in a loud voice (the door was locked) to wait. I felt he could have come over and spoke to me rather than yell out.. Once inside I was treated professionally.
Manuel MVincent and the others answered all my questions in a professional and friend manner. Definitely would recommend to others.
Christopher TYou need more vans there is only one in a Whittier location there are none in La Habra nor brea locations. The 10 ft is a big and bulky truck to drive around in and I'm a short person and hopping on was hard on my knees it would be more helpful
George RNo fault of the location or person helping me, there were no moving blankets on site and I had to travel, no too far, to a main UHaul location down the same road. This ate up 4 miles and time as I was not back before the movers arrived. Would I recommend this location again, sure, nice clean truck and I was handled quickly and out the door. In support of the persons helping me at both location for pickup, they were used to this scenario, which at the end of the month when things are impacted can and usually happen. UHaul is GREAT!

LISA SEverything was good except the charge for gas. I drove about 10 miles and put in about a gallon of gas. I was charged 18 for 3 gallons. This is ridiculous.

Jeremy LThe location that we dropped it off didn't verify that we did for 6 days and is claiming that it was 6 days late. When we dropped it off on time charging us and extra 240. They also are trying to claim that we didn't fill the tank back up and now there are more miles on it then we actually drove. No one got in contact with us about the uhaul possibly being late.we are very disappointed with this and also can not afford this mistake on their end and want to be reimbursed

GABRIEL GThe truck had a damaged passenger side mirror, which had to be removed so that it would not fall while driving. we literally just lifted it out of the mirror bracket, as it would rotate as we were driving.

MALVIN RThey made it difficult to rent a uhaul. I've been to a lot of uhaul and this by far is worst experience. They make renting a uhaul very difficult.

Twee HThere was trouble with the online system and no other options were available. I waited 45 minutes to pick up my truck and upon return that same day, they wanted me to park it in a tight spot and so I did my best several times and finally simply pared it in a handicapped spot. Please train your staff to speak louder while wearing masks and to have other options if the online portal is unavailable.

Rocio AThe vehicle had an oil leak that dripped on my driveway. Otherwise the vehicle was okay. It was not very clean on the inside though. The service at the rental location was good.
Ken BU-Haul really messed up our reservation. It is not the fault of this location, because they were also at U-Haul's mercy. U-Haul made our experience HELL. You should all be ashamed of yourselves. You changed our location multiple times, moving it farther and farther away from us and the pickup time too, without ever notifying us. I found out about the change of location and pickup time when I called the day before to reconfirm. BAD EXPERIENCE!!

MICHELLE GI was not informed about a $63 refill gas charge if you don't fill the tank back to the spot of the gas gauge you start your move with. So I find out that a $10-15 gas fill up cost me $63 extra which seems like a scam. I will be going to corporate the B.B.B and reviews to enlighten others against this.
Roger HMade UHAUL reservation over the phone and was told their office would be open at 9:30AM so we reserved the UHAUL for 9:30AM. The worker didn't arrive and open the office until 10AM. We refueled before returning, but was charged $8,05 because apparently we were off by 1 (ONE) GALLON. The fuel gauge didn't even have tiny notches to come up with that level of precise accuracy. Never renting from here again and do not recommend anyone else to either!
