I reserved using the 24/7 feature but when I got there it said my equipment was not assigned and to call a 800 number. At thatvtime I was told I would have to come back when they open. Also I had putting thayvi wanted to rent an appliance dolly and none were available at the time ofvrentsk.

ALYSSA GYour customer service lady sucks. Alexia was the best. Apparently the truck was stolen from the Brea property. Yet it took them a week to figure this out instead of looking at our rental agreement the jept calling us to ask where the truck was. Look at your cameras around your property. Not that hard. When you dont see the truck the day its back call the customer, dont wait a week the decide to finely look over the agreement. I will never rent from uhaul again. Get your shit in order........ ROBERT LThe windshield was pretty dirty, so just a quick wash and wipe down of that. Otherwise, it was an excellent experience.
