It would be more convenient to most truck renters if the place opened before 0930, we like to get and earlier start.

Kati AThings were great at the location but the Uhaul app made me enter my id pics twice and then still did not have accessible through the website at the location so had to do it again.. The location was also having issues with uhaul being slow.

Tavin BThey said it the rental time wouldn't start until I left with the truck but that wasn't true. Also, they said that I'd get the biggest truch Uhaul had, but it was only the 20' truck. They said it was full of gas, but I took it straight to the gas station right after and I put 1,5 gallons in the truck. I'll never use this location again. Also, generally U-Haul, fuck you!
TOBY WDevin was great! I love the location and her customer service was excellent. I was even happy to pay for more truck than I needed due to the convenience of the location and one stop for everything which just made time management and everything else much easier!! Great experience overall!
Sarah FAlthough I made and confirmed the reservation three weeks in advance, the location to pick up the truck was 11 miles away from my home where there's a U-haul dealer two blocks away! The charges at the time of the reservation were $149, but by the time I picked up the truck the price had jumped to $244. and I was charged extra mileage fees because I had to drop off the truck at a different location due to a shortage of trucks in Cashmire,WA. I SHOULDN'T HAVE HAD TO PAY FOR THAT! I feel I was OVERCHARGED $110. to use a 15' U-Haul. UNACCEPTABLE!!!
