did a drop off after hours. Only issue I had was that it was not clear as to where to put the key. since this is also a storage place, just used the box noted for payments.. Otherwise everything was find.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisCustomer service was not up to par. I had a 10:30am appointment because I had movers scheduled for 11am (paid by the hour) I did not get help until almost 11am after I was asked to wait outside so that the desk attendant could walk a potential client around the property. I then was charged for a dolly with a truck that had no ramp for dolly access. Something so simple was made to be extremely complicated. Great location, service however was not. Will not recommend
Renee LWe dropped the equipment off after hours. We were tired and the process was quite involved.
CATHERINE PI forgot the name of the guy I worked with! But he was great, very easy to work with, and created a welcoming environment!!
STEVEN NThe person who checked out our truck was so friendly and patient with my low tech skills using the app. Great employee!
