Terrible place to pick up before store hours. I tried to pick up in the morning and check in to get the truck took over an hour with three phone calls into customer service. Will never do that again

Was told I would be able to contact 1800gouhaul instead of using the internet. I had contacted this store with the concern of I did not know how to finish the transaction using the internet. When I called 1800gouhaul the representative was rude and told me she didn't know who the magical guy was that gave me this information but it was wrong. I told her she was rude and she hung up on me. I proceeded to finish the transaction using the internet and it took me longer to finish the transaction than it took me to actually use the truck. I will never use a uhaul again if the store isn't open. This was a horrible experience.

I was thoroughly happy with the rental. Joe was very polite and explained everything in detail. The truck was clean and alot better on fuel than I expected. If I need a truck in the future I'll be sure to go back. Joe is a definite asset to your company. Thanks and God Bless!!! Mack

I reserved a 15 foot truck over a week prior to going to pick it up. I found they don't have a 15 foot truck and gave me a 20 foot truck instead. In my many rentals from U-Haul if that occurred I usually got the 15 foot rate. That did not happen in this case. Very disappointed.

I was very happy with my experience at UHAUL. The guy was very nice and helpful and funny. He helped me make the right decisions and he followed up with me because I had mentioned I was nervous about the truck and the moving guys I had hired from craigslist. I joked that I had seen the movie the craigslist killer. So I was happy that he cared enugh to follow up.

I was scheduled to pick up my vehicle on Keyser Ave in Scranton, PA and was informed the night before my scheduled pickup that I would be required to pick it up in Exeter, PA. This was an almost 30 minute/13 mile difference. I was not planning to have to pay that much money in mileage and was also not planning to have to travel that far. I had people coming to help me move and therefore I was late in beginning our move, since I had to travel further. The location was fine and I would recommend it to a friend if they live in Exeter.

I was overcharged all around. I was charged for 2 days when I only had the truck for under 4 hours. I was charged double for insurance. I was charged for fuel when I returned the truck with more fuel than I was supposed to put in it. My fiancé had to call the the nationwide UHaul number to get reimbursement for our overcharges and he was on hold for 51 minutes!! We are VERY DISAPPOINTED all around!!!!

I had truck for less than 20 hours, and still brought it back before turn in time, but was charged for 2 days!!! I called the site and they said they couldn't do anything to help, and I had to call go uhaul, and I am still on hold after 15 min ... this sucks

Anthony was extremely helpful in suggesting moving options. He was accommodating with my rental schedule when my closing was not set. The location is great for easy pickup and dropoff.

It would be really great if you just gave the trucks out with a full tank of gas and then people could return them with a full tank of gas. Trying to figure out how much you used, and how much you should put in is a waste of time and money for everyone.
