Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe reservation we had was to check in using the mobile app. The mobile app was terrible to use. It wouldn’t accept any of the pictures of the truck I tried to take. It also wouldn’t let me add an additional driver. The guy at the counter was zero help since it was not a counter check in reservation. I would rent again but would not select to check in through the mobile app. I spent way too long trying to get checked in and couldn’t get it to work.

Matthew HExtra items that we ordered to be included in the truck were not loaded in the truck before delivery to this self-storage area. The person working at the self-storage facility was exceptional and helped us check out the truck and assisted us to become familiar with the truck. I had to drive separately to the main U-Haul location in Kingston to pick-up supplies. They were helpful and resolved supply issue. Both facilities helped us get on our way.
