Christine M.The check out process to verify condition were blurry. The csb was not clean. We had to dispute the condition for every picture. On drop off it asked for the condition and was not going to bother with them asking me the condition after drop off other than to say it was ok for the next customer. Not a good check out process.
Shilo C.The online process was absolutely ridiculous this time. Please note, I've used the online service before and it went great. The customer service this time was horrendous. I shouldn't have had to have 4 different types of verification to verify my identity. It shouldn't take over an hour to check in. Which, a friend gave me a ride during her lunch and ended up late to work. When I'm asking why my verification isn't sufficient and stating I don't understand, I should be provided some kind of clarifying information. Instead, I received the same repeated response of, "please submit an additional verification. Thank you!" Rubina was incredibly unhelpful, dismissive, and flat out ignored my questions repeatedly. This experience has made me never want to use uhaul again.

Dan W.Disorganized. No service in areas of check in or drop off. We scheduled a pick up and the lady left early! It was frustrating. Took us 30 minutes outside to check the uhaul out ourselves after I specifically had ordered it to be counter pick up. Inside the uhal was missing items I paid for.
Ryan F.i had to travel from Eugene to get the trailer. Everyone was great! They gave me a free extra day because I had to travel 50 miles to get the trailer. It was great.

sheri P.The lot was hard to pull out of due to the size of the parking lot. There was broken glass in the back of our uhaul. The website was not working, and it took 30 minutes before it would work. The gas tank was almost empty, so we had to put extra mileage to get to the nearest reasonable gas station, which was in the opposite direction of where we needed to go and there was no gas station between our pickup and first destination nor wouldit make it to our first destinationwith the samll amountof gas in it.

Gave me a truck that had its fuel siphoned the night before, and gave me a 30 dollar credit to get it to 1/4 tank. 30 dollars didnt even get it to 1/8 of a tank, it was completely empty. After spending close to 50 dollars to get it to 1//4 tank, the then charged me 160 dollars on a 117 dollar rental for unknown reasons. Stay away and dont do business with these people. They will use you to recoup the costs of someone else stealing from them

Ryan C.Make sure it's clear to the customer that it's best to use the U-Haul app when renting virtually. Location service would not function through the U-Haul webpage. I had to download the app in order to pick up the moving truck. That added additional stress to an already stressful day.
Thomas S.My email said to go to one location. The app said the other. We finally found the location. The trucks were so tightly packed. No place to turn around. It was a VERY stressful experience. Moving is an anxiety ridden experience. U-Haul made it worse.

Then when returning website would not accept our mileage waited online for an hour before we locked it up and put key in drop box ..rented with uhaul several times and this was the worst experience

Carla F.Excellent, friendly customer service. They CONFIRMED my drop-off location for me. That was the drop off location I had scheduled. Without my knowledge or consent, Uhaul changed my dropoff location, leading to IMMENSE difficulty in dropping off the vehicle. This location treated me great! Uhaul treated me HORRIBLY - I DO NOT recommend Uhaul to anyone. They were awful to me.
