I was charged a $25 cleaning fee. We left the vehicle cleaner than when we received it. No one was available for the drop-off; despite it being during advertised open hours.

The U-Haul was extremely low on fuel on pickup. Low enough that I had to go get gas before anything setting back time by at least 30 minutes. The app also didn’t work for pickup and I had to call customer service.
