Robert CI had a problem with early pickup because though my phone was fully charged it did not have enough memory to complete the sign in on the phone. I had to wait until the shop opened. The manager was very helpful and allowed me the hour I lost for turning in the van.

TIMOTHY FThe first truck we were given had low air pressure in the tire due to a metal object in the tire. We were lucky that the sensor told us before we had an issue. The manager was very good about switching the truck, but the next one we got, which was the only one available had a broken right mirror so that we had no mirror on the right side of the truck. Fortunately, my passenger was able to guide me, but this was very uncomfortable and unsafe. It's obvious these trucks are not inspected in anyway when they come back also, we had reserved a dolly, but because we got changed location three times the location we went to didn't have one that made our move extremely difficult and took much longer than expected. I've had two experiences with UHaul this year and both of them have been similar. I'm not sure what the problem is, but I'm going to be looking for another truck rental company for my son's next college move.

Mercedes SI will never rent a U-Haul again. Very expensive and your app for pick up and return is garbage. All it did was crash over and over could not use it. My rental was over 1000$ dollars for a weekend in state. Mileage charge is way too much and each hundred miles should be discounted. I will use it or recommend to anyone. You broke my bank. Thank you

Mark Smake sure the person knows you have to be at location with keys to use the app to return. I took the pictures put key in box and went home to use the program for after hour return. found out it uses your current location to verify you returned truck to the right address. so I could not return the truck using program.

John BAfter returning the truck as received with half tank of gas, I was informed that I needed to add more gas to it or be charged. I was later charge for additional days and gas, which got rectify after I disputed. Never received a call from manager as I was told. Communication is very poor.

Julio SI would love to give 5 stars because the gentleman was amazing, but I have disputed the charge with the location and have not heard anything back. I refilled the tank where it was to be filled, but I was charged $36 and they said I didn't refill.

Mauricio ONothing. Wasn't their fault that I rented in Coral Springs and got a car 25 miles away and had to drive 75 miles to pick up the vehicle @2:30 when I reserved a month in advance at 8:00. And then ask for a supervisor from U Haul to call me back and never received a call. Not this location fault I haul is worst company for rentals.
Russ HThe service was excellent!! Carlos the owner and the rest of the team treat you like family the moment you enter. The process of renting and returning very easy, seamless and fast. Carlos did make sure I have everything I need to use the truck and even let me use the hitch which I didn't think I needed and at the en it was a life saver. It will be my number one renting place from now on. Thank you very much!!
Carlos CIssues with this reservation: - Address on my reservation was to the wrong location. - Truck was beaten up, didn't drive well, air tire presser lights were on - Was not able to return the car via the app. Did not accept the uploaded pictures with multiple attempts. - Return location was hard to reach by phone. Impossible to reach anybody. - Final bill included $25 charge for 1/4 of gas (although the car was returned with more gas than what was used)

Ansar HVery rude and charged me for extra miles that I didnt drive. Charged me a cleaning fee when I returned the truck clean.
