Terrific service all around, van in great shape. I refilled gas tank, over what I was supposed to refill, would have been nice to get credited. BUT otherwise terrific all around and convenient to where I live

I'm not satisfied with the service! I was even accused of not returning rental on the sameday! Thank God I had pictures! This location needs better management and service! Never renting from this location again!

Juan H.1) Your website and system for getting the car using cellphone are atrocious, completely unworkable. Even with my communicating multiple times over a week by email eith customer service, they didn't work. It would be worth finding another rental service due to that alone. 2) your listing of the hours of the location is inaccurate 3) what's the point of a supposed phone system when you have to go to the person at the counter to sign documents, show the credit card you used yo book the rental, and pick up keys? You have just added layers of complexity, beaurocracy, and delay.

I returned the truck at the time I had confirmed and he wouldn't help me and was very rude. Told me I had to wait till he finished his lunch. Wouldn't tell me how long. Then ran into a back office and locked the door. Would not recommend this location to anyone.

The truck, once found, had a non-working driver side lock, had to enter it by the passenger side, the cab of the truck was filthy, I was scared to be in it, and for the price it cost, it was not acceptable. The engine check light was on, and the truck had a very bad vibration. Lastly, the tank was practically empty. Return of the truck was confusing, the attendant was not there, and the gas station people had conflicting information on what to do. All in all, a terrible experience not to be repeated.

Only issue was that the van smelled like some fruit had been left in there for too long, which was probably the fault of the previous driver and not the location, but a maybe a deeper clean if possible would have been nice.

ANA V P.The woman who was at the U-Haul window was rude and charged me double than what my online reservation said. When I questioned her on it she said “No. what they say on the app is only an estimate.†Except when I looked at the contract she gave me she put in a set amount of miles that I was absolutely not going to hit (I was only going 3 miles away from me) without asking. When I used the app prior a few months ago it gave me the option to choose an estimate of mileage by asking where I was going. Luckily at the end when I did the check out it said my total was half of what she told me so I ended paying that one instead of what she wanted to charge. When I returned the keys and had questions about the return process she was rude once again and made me feel inadequate for not knowing. Other than that the truck was fine and got the job done!

William M.We had an amazing woman helping us yeasterday get the vehicle all set to go. Usually getting the uhaul is the most stressful part because they over book or miss book. Something is always weird but this woman was kind and funny and just enjoying her time and it brought me so much joy. She also walked out to the car to check things with me. I forget her name but she had I think colored red/pink hair. She made the whole experience very easy.
Sarah M.It has a very small lot, including some parking across the street under the elevated train tracks, where the truck just barely fit. In order to take the pictures upon check-in to verify the truck's condition before leaving it, I had to go into the busy street to take the photos, which wasn't too hard, but it is a little dangerous.

I have always declined it (because i don't have anyone that could be useful as an amergency contact) and received my rental without a problem whatsoever, but the incompetent attendant would not let me get my reservation, and INSISTED I put someone down, AND wanted to call them to prove they knew me. I spent 15 minutes talking to the guys boss, and even the boss told him he didnt need to include an emergency contact for me....but the attendant keep insisting. It wasn't until i gave him a. fake name/phone number did he then approve my reservation. DO NOT RENT AT THIS PLACE. GO ELSEWHERE!!
