Terrible customer service, poor quality equipment, and overcharged for fuel EVEN AFTER requesting someone call me to discuss and ALSO calling the 1-800 number. Instead of providing any sort of guidance, the rude southern man on the line transferred me directly to the location, where the gas station attendant told me that 'the Uhaul girl' was too busy to talk, and to call back. I called back three times that day and no one picked up because Uhaul is a joke and I will never use them again.Justin P.

I selected contactless service but was instructed to pick up the key from the attendant. It was unclear which attendant I was supposed to go to and it turned out to be an employee that looked and dressed like a customer. I was instructed to drop the key off in a drop box but there was no drop box to be found so I gave it back to one of the station attendants.Thomas M.

Convenient location for us. Uhaul rep was a little hard to find inside the gas station. Other than that no issues!SHANNON T.
There were so many complications with this process that it made the move way more difficult. First of all, we were told all Uhauls are open til 10 pm. The one we returned the truck to closes at 5 on Sundays, so we had to use the complicated online drop off process. We were not told that we would need a smartphone to return the truck after hours. I do not have smart phone, and my son, who was driving the truck, finally managed to access the link but since he cannot take photos on his phone, he could not continue. We spent an extra 45 minutes dealing with this ridiculous process because it was assumed that everyone has a smartphone. Customers should be given all the information they need so they are not spending extra time during the very difficult process of long distance moving. There were also complications regarding the truck size- we requested a 20', and they gave us a 26', which was not useful because we cannot park that size truck where we live, and we planned to unload the next day. This cost extra time and stress trying to get the truck size reduced. Uhaul assumed, again, that a 26' would do, instead of contacting us before they reserved the truck. Also, it is extremely difficult to call, via telephone, and speak to someone who knows about the issues. I had to speak with 4 different people and be transferred and wait on hold for long periods before I actually spoke to a woman who knew what she was doing. I would say Uhaul at this site needs to greatly improve communication, and realize that not everyone is computer literate or has a smartphone. All in all this was a terribly stressful process.NOAH P.
When choosing to pick up before hours please make sure the vehicle is equip with the appliances needed the night before. Make sure the U-Haul agent has access to the keys for the appliances. Also make sure your agents do not give out check engine light vehicles to customers .Symphanie V.
Are you serious about improving? You totally lied! I took truck in 1 hour when I had!!! My truck wasn't ready! Equipment wasn't ready! I was on line more then 30 min. I reserved to pick up at 4 pm! But got truck and not correct equipment at 5 pm!!! And you charge me for this hour! And you told about improving. Hell it doesn't work! Just words...Ruslan Z.
They DID NOT have the equipment that I PAID FOR and RESERVED OVER A WEEK IN ADVANCE!! They had to send me to another location for equipment. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNACCEPTABLE!!Olivia B.
Only one issue. Rental was after a snow storm, I think the vehicle could have been dug out and ready for pick up, as it was reserved, I had to wait for the vehicle to be shoveled out: messed with my time.Susan S.
The staff at this pickup location were super unprepared and just did not care about the customer. I also paid for a Utility dolly and they didn't have one anywhere so I would love for that money to be refunded to me. The experience was horrible from start to finish when it came to dealing with Uhaul.Ross T.
