They were rude and very unprofessional I was there a hour waiting . I did it online to make it faster it said would be charged 75 we ended up paying 155

First of all the uhaul truck was very very dirty in the back and in the cab you can tell someone smoked in it because Cigarette. Ashes were everywhere

You changed the location pickup! Language barrier. The young man working in the Bodagga, had to phone out for instructions. I had to come up with references and phone numbers. Not easy for an 85 year old! without a phone! Upon leaving the facility I notice the gas level is 1/2 empty. "Just tell the person when returning the gas level at pickup. For 7 hrs and 330mi I worried what this would lead to. 15 miles later when filling up I found out the gas cap was broken. Had to have garage help getting it off. I did accomplish the mission. However the experience with uhaul was stressful. The alaround unprofessionalism of uhaul was disgraceful. Thanks Joe in Rutland VT for making the return hassel free. That counts. And also Andy in Manchester VT, for your help My recommondation if someone were to ask: There must be a better way than uhaul

the location is a gas station that happens to rent uhaul vehicles. I reserved online and arrived 5 minutes before the pickup time. the clerk knew nothing about uhaul (he told me) and i had to wait for somebody to show up 5 minutes later. Then I had to wait while she started the computer and loaded the program. then i had to provide 2 phone numbers for "anybody". she could not explain why this was needed. i reluctantly gave the information. then she wanted a photo of my car insurance. I was paying for the insurance from uhaul so it made no sense to need a copy of my car insurance, which i went and got from my car and finally got the keys to the van. when i returned <4 hours later, i had to repeat the same stupid process as she was not on site and i had to wait for her. when she got in she told me to wait again while she started up the computer. i asked "why am i waiting" because the normal process is simply to walk to the vehicle, check the condition, mileage and gas and say "thanks". Her response was "just wait" another minute I said WHY AM I WAITING HERE? and she said "i told you to wait". one more meeting (yes, i was impatient but getting disrespected pushed me) and i said I AM OUT OF HERE and she said "fine go". I will NEVER use this location again and MAYBE never use UHAUL again!.
