Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisLocation and the truck itself were fine, but the truck did not have the two dozen blanket pads I had requested - just six or seven very dirty loose ones in the back of the truck. Fortunately, the agent at the location was able to remove these from my invoice, but I had to make an additional trip to another full-service location to get the pads I needed. This was inconvenient for me - not the location's fault (they were helpful), but a system problem.
Paul MThe first vehicle I was given had the check engine light and tire pressure lights on the dash. I had to wait about an hour to be able to switch to another truck. This wasn’t the biggest inconvenience, but it would be nice if the next customer wasn’t given that first truck until it is fixed.
zach mWouldn’t say truck was clean but acceptable. Windshield wipers were terrible. Check engine light was on from the beginning. Fortunately no major issues though. Wasn’t my first or second choice for rental location though (moved twice by U-Haul).
Matthew BThe first truck had a check engine light on so we called U-Haul who swapped to another truck. After driving it for about 15 minutes, the check engine light came on this truck as well. I called Uahul to report who ensured me it was fine to continue driving. About 30 minutes later, the lady from the pickup site called me yelling about where the truck was at insisting I should have dropped it off already even though I had rented the truck for 10 hours.
