My original truck was not available..after 45 minutes of waiting in hold finally was upgraded and could get in road
MARK WThe U-Haul truck should have a gas cap on the place where you fill the gas tank instead of a plastic bag stuffed in the pipe. also the door on the passenger side needs to be fixed as it is bent out of shape and needs to be slammed hard to shut it all the way. Also the worker there Has a very hard time as there is so much for him to do. He is just swamped trying to take care of everything. They need at least two to three people working there.

NEIL WYou're scammers. My reservation was for 10ft truck for $19,95/day, 0,89/mile, and direct reimbursement to Uhal. I was charged 1,09/mile and was charged $15 for safe trip. Neither the attendant nor customer services was able to help. As a matter of fact customer service rep was rude and incompetent. She said that I have to pay for safe trip even though when making reservations, there is option to not do the safe trip and instead do direct reimbursement. U-Haul is fraud and scam. You should not bait and switch your customer. Shame on you.

William CIt was raining, and the windshield wipers didn't work. It was incredibly dangerous, and I was horrified by the experience. When I told the man working about it, he said huh yeah, I'll have to look at that. That was the only thing that was done about the matter.

Yogesh WOnline process was very good and attendant was helpful. Attendant had heavy accent and initially provided wrong dolly. Attendant could have better informed me about which of many serial numbers on the truck to look for, or perhaps point me to the right truck. All minor issues.

Ronald GReturning the Uhaul was complicated as the correspondent was rude and very impatient. They never left the register so getting the extra equipment was done personally. Poor customer service.

farhan hThe workers at the gas station were very difficult upon giving the keys. Along with the mirrors not working on the van. I had to move them manually and it still was not working. Not to mention the mileage price.

Scott EWe like to do business with local businesses, and this Uhaul is in our neighborhood. We got the vehicle we needed, and it was an easy process. The staff were personable and made the process go smoothly. We will use them again and recommend the BP gas station and Uhaul truck services.

Bill GThe cabin was dirty and glue (probably soft drink) , there was an empty bag of snacks behind the driver seat. The trunk box was really dusty and I had to sweep before my move. I ordered 12 furniture pads, however I got 11. They were not in the trunk and I had to go back and ask for them, and even with this it came missing 1 and I realized only during the move. Fuel tank was 1/4. Trunk was very old. Even running the process using the app, the process to pick up the keys was very slow and confusing, because the guy had to check basically everything again. It was not a good experience.

KRISTY OI received the truck with a low tire. It is annoying to have to fix that by yourself on the day you are moving and if you ask for the truck to be brought back at certain time. Also I paid I think for 12 pads and I got one bag with 6, I just realized of that when I got home and open the bag. Everything else was perfect.
Marco PThis was the second location uhaul sent me to that morning to obtain a vehicle. At the first, the check engine light was on but they did not have any other trucks to rent out. Over all process took over 1 1/2 hours just to get a truck. One way rentals need to be better managed by uhaul.

SENTHILMURUGAN Reverything was ok until i got home and couldn't open the door in the back and i had to drive all the way back for them to open the back door. i was so irritated cause they charged by the miles and i didn't get conversate for that
Kenya PSame guy runs the gas station as the U-Haul business. Not all that helpful in getting the trailer hitched as I've never done that before.

Tanay RThe process for renting the truck wasn't as easy as the description made it seem. It was a lengthy process. Also, when we got to the verification process it was horrible. The additional contact I put for verification didn't receive calls. Went through that process several times. At one point someone from UPS called then hung up. This happened several times. I had to call customer service for assistance. The process took about 30 min or so and I was under the impression that it should have been a quicker process
Ferez ATruck was pretty dirty. The cab smelled like a locker room. The back had not been swept out in some time, had charcoal on the ground as well as nuts and bolts. Not the greatest having to clean before packing.
