The uhaul app would not work. It took 30 minutes to get ahold of someone from uhaul.then they just told me they emailed me step by step directions and just hung up the phone. Didn't ask if we needed anything or any help. They just hung up the phone

I try to do that and it says I have an account. When I try to login, I can't bc it says I don't have account. I'm still trying to get through to ensure I was billed correctly.

John MGet rid of your so called system and ensure an individual is at the location to assist…. This was a nightmare! The gentleman wait10 minutes for us and stated a time he would be there and was not!!!! We were sitting in the parking lot for over an hour while movers waited on me at my house to load…. I was paying them by the hour!!!! I can assure you that if y'all continue to use a system and not a person at the location, I WILL NEVER USE U-HAUL AGAIN!!!!!!
tami pNot the cleanest of locations. Trailers are parked in the back of the location in high grass. Building looks a little shabby. Parking area for trucks is just a dirt lot instead of using the paved lot in front of the business.

Derrick MThe trailer is a piece of junk. Graphics were 1/2 gone from the right side. Both wheels are rusted, the left wheel deep rust flaking off. I had to air up both tires 2 times before I got from Texas to Alabama. The lights worked, but the wiring was not in good shape. The U-Haul dealer in Alabama said that it needed to be pulled out of service.

diane hSimply do your job! No one at all to answer phones over memorial day weekend. Varying drop off and pick up locations from the multiple reservations that had to be made! The list goes on and on!!! Bottom line Uhual cost us over 5 hours in delays almost 1000$ on one job alone and one more moving customer that we know of! Now i understand why you have a 1 star rating.

ESTHER MWhen I tried to pay in order to use the equipment the guy couldn't accept my visa card but they withdrew 51$ off for the extra mileage.
JENNIFER BI was supposed to pay less than $60 plus milleage. Milleage was anout $30. Instead I ended paying about $130. You brought other charges that were not mentioned. You have changed a lot.
ENRIQUE CI'm not sure if the problems I encountered were specific to this location or a bigger problem with uhaul's automated check-in process. When I showed up to pick up my truck, the uhaul site said my reservation was not set up for 24/7 pickup. I called the 800 # and there was a 36-minute wait. I requested a call back. When they called back and said I was next in line, for some reason it kicked me to the back of the line and I again had a 40-minute wait. So I gave up and started a new reservation online. That one went fine, and I got the truck and went on my way. Now I just have to make sure I'm not charged twice for this. A frustrating experience, but in the end it worked out to be able to rent a truck when the shop was closed.

MICHAEL AAlthough we had to travel to get he trailer, the guy at the place was very nice and helpful. He went out his way to help us find out the problem was with our rental and told us how to fix it. I would truly recommend this shop in Henderson, Texas to anyone. Great job fellows.
