We were charged for a full tank of gas when it wasn't full when we picked it up. Only put about 20 miles on it and gas tank was about 8/10 full but was charged to completely fill it up.Marilyn T.

I would like some kind of monetary compensation/refund for this wildly unsatisfactory truck. The truck was filthy inside. Sticky sugary soda puddles in the cup holders and door bins. Icky spray pattern on inside driver side window and front windshield that I came to realize was sneeze spray. Dried vomit on inside of cargo compartment. Disgusting. I spent 45 minutes and my own windex and limited clorox wipes cleaning this Covid vessel before we could begin to load it and spend the next 6 days in it. Plaster dust, rocks and dirt inside cargo compartment. Oil life was at 14 % at the beginning of 3500 mile trip. I have NEVER received U-Haul equipment in this condition in the 35 years or so I've been a customer. We're in the middle of a PANDEMIC and you have a commitment to cleanliness statement on your website. Dried vomit and sneeze on the surfaces is not what you promised.CAROLINE M.
Nothing bad about this location, just a horrible experience from uhaul backstage. I was told I could pick up my rental 10 miles from my house, then the day before I was sent over 25 miles away. When I got there the lock box was broken and I ended up driving another 30 miles to this location. You shouldn't guarantee a location if it's not available to begin with.Richard M.

Picking up truck and customer service was a very irritating and drawn out process. It took almost a half hour to go thru the process. And for those customers without a smart phone, you are screwed. I understand covid has changed the way business is done but I'm not sure things would have been any different prior to the pandemic.Cheryl C.

The U-Haul lady was on lunch, so a man tried to help me. He was extremely rude I did check in online and asked for my key which he refused to give me without the card I paid with. I didn't have the card I used my sisters. I told him I checked in online it said to get my key. He refused and I waited almost An hour at the location just for the lady to get back and give me the key right away. She was very kind.Desiray W.

The location is fine, the people at the location have always been friendly as we use uhaul a couple times a year . However, our last experience was terrible but not the locations fault. We first tried to get a truck at the newberg/Dundee address. We showed up and they didn't have a truck available at the time they said it would be. This set our plans back several hours. We ended up picking up another truck at a different location, we first got in the truck The check engine light was on. We had problems with the truck the whole time. It would go barley 20 miles an hour and would stall. It was very dangerous. And still paid almost 100 dollars for a truck that we only used for and hour. Very disappointing experience.Kirsten F.
First, my reservation was on Saturday, but uhaul made two reservation's, Friday and Saturday. Location was closed on a Saturday. Ridiculous, because most people move on Saturday. The whole self check thing wouldn't work, so after waiting 10 minutes to speak to a human, I finally was able to return the truck. Over all, I hate dealing with uhaul.Jonathan M.

Providing references to rent a trailer is total SHIT! What am I terrorist? Criminal? I'm a godamn veteran and the fact that I have to provide references either A should be put into the web application so I'm not sitting there wondering who should be my contact info and let them know hey, they are going to call you or B the office will ask you this question so bring an address book because they are going to ask for numbers to call. Criminals suck and I'm sorry your company has been used in bad ways but I will seek other companies if I'm going to have to spill out all my personal information for a fucking trailer. People at the desk were very helpful and patient with me and understood my frustration. Your website, questionaires and your invasion of my personal information SUCK. I had a great experience with the local dealer, however the U-haul online experience was completely HORRIBLE. Your app does not work, your online verification does not work, your online check in does not work, your online truck inspection done not work. This had been the most frustrating, time consuming debacle I've ever had with equipment rental- no exaggeration! I WILL NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN. FIX IT!Sally J.

I reserved a 6x12 trailer needing at least 5,2 feet of clearance at the gate end. It was only 4 ft 9inches at the opening and I couldn't fit the object I needed to haul. When I explained they advertised 6ft of trailer space and it was only 4-9 at the opening, I was told I couldn't get a different trailer to fit, and I couldn't get my money back because I kept someone else from renting it. I got the trailer at 9:30, and called an hour later to explain my problem. It's ridiculous that I wasn't refunded my money. I will never rent from uhaul again because of this. I wasted my time and money based on inaccurate trailer descriptions. I then went to Reid rental in Newberg and got the trailer I needed, for less money, and was told if I ever had the problem of the size being wrong they would exchange for the right one, or refund my money no questions asked. I will be reviewing you badly publicly as well. I still want my money refunded, it's the least you could doZak B.

The person who assisted us was very friendly and helpful. However there was no explanation regarding the damage stickers and the text I received immediately when I picked up the truck. Consequently when I finally looked at the text the link to document damage had timed out and the new message said to contact my U-Haul representative When I called and spoke with the employee who had answered the phone at this location she said she was not familiar with the damage sticker program and what I was supposed to do. We were also short one packing pad but unfortunately did not count them before we left the pick-up location. Our mistake.ERIC W.
