I use the app to book trucks, and everytimr I do I still have to put in all my information. My address, license. It would be nice if all that was saved.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisTotal joke from the start… Did not have my truck ready did not have my trailer ready. Had to go to a different location. Had two blowouts in cross country travel with no compensation from U-Haul whatsoever. Called and file a complaint that was two weeks ago and still no word I will never ever rent from U-Haul again and I recommend the same for anyone else.
tim mKeys were not in the lockbox for the larger truck i reserved and needed, so customer service switched me to a smaller truck which only allowed me to move 70% of the stuff I needed during my rental time, and turned a one day move into 2 with an extra day i had to take off work. There was a $50 off guarantee that my reservation would be accurate, but there was no discount on my bill and customer service didn't review the discount when they switched me to the smaller truck. I gave an "average" rating because this is unfortunately what I have come to expect from uhaul as far as expectation of service, and they did have a truck available on relatively short notice over the weekend.
Gregory WThe U-Haul was extremely dirty. I had to clean and mop the back before I was able to use it. Also the blanket that is support be in the back was gone and the zip tie for the hand truck was cut. Are these units inspected before rented out? There was also still metal in the back from the last person. Also the front has been wrecked the frame support is bent and it makes a thunk when you drive it. I’ve rented from U-Haul a lot. Did U-Hauls standers go down?
