There was less than 1/4 tank of fuel, I had to stop and fuel up while 3 guys that were helping was on the clock. It would have been helpful if I could have done this after I had unloaded and they were done c with the job

Site didn't work so I couldn't complete a pre trip inspection for my own protection and the associate could not care less. All he could do was smile at me while act bothered by my presence. You site is garbage. You check out and check in process is even worse. I hate you and your company.
Daniel HThis is a self serve site. The key wasn’t in the lockbox so I had to call for assistance. Waited on hold in the heat for someone to answer. Looked to see if the key was already in the truck or maybe I missed some thing. Thankfully someone answered well within the 40-50 minutes they estimate. That person had me try another lockbox. The key wasn’t in there either. About the time they were going to cancel my reservation, because apparently they couldn’t redirect me anywhere else, the guy that runs the business next door that maintains the “self serve” came out. He said they were waiting for me to come inside… the business is listed as closed at this time. He says they don’t put the keys in the lockbox and they don’t really close at that time… how’s a person supposed to know you don’t actually close at your posted closing time and why would you wait for someone to come inside or expect them to know that they should have when they signed up for a self serve reservation? So instead of unlocking the lockbox like I was supposed to and being on my merry way I’m waiting on hold for 10 minutes sweating in the heat trying to figure out what’s up and then being told there’s nothing they can do good luck. If he hadn’t walked out when he did I would have been pretty inconvenienced having to pick up a U-Haul at a different location on a different day. Kind of picked that place and time for a reason. Just use the self serve lock boxes!
