Excellent service à la clientèle. She took good care of me from start to finish.
MIKAL JI made a reservation for a 6'x12' trailer and when I went to pick it up there was no trailer. I was then sent to a second dealer where I had to hook up trailer by myself with no help. And above all I made reservation for a charge of $433. and was then charged over $700 when I received my online receipt.
David RHave someone there at designated time of pickup and return. Trailer bed was very oily on pickup. No place to turnaround on pickup. Location of trailer was parked in back with All short of cars in the way.

Ceasar RCustomer service was terrible. They tried to tell me I had o miles on my lease and kept me waiting for over an hour while I had a ride waiting for me. The issue was not resolved before I left. Very pissed off about this experience.

Daryle HI got the tank and it was on empty. The guy informed me it was on empty which I was OK with because he told me I was getting $40 off my total pricing. And was only actually discounted $10 off not the $40 like I was originally told. The truck felt like it was going to fall apart. Breaks need done. The inside was sticky and still had water/liquid in on the floor mats

EDGARDO GWaited 1 hour and 20 minutes to receive the key. Appointment was for 9:00am. The place was closed, no key on key box. Called the owner when I arrived at 9:00am, told me to wait 40 minutes, that at the end were 100 minutes when he arrived to give the key. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR ANYONE.

Michelle DEquipment requested (dolly) was unavailable at time of pickup. Moving blankets were full of mold and cockroaches. Gas tank was on 1/4 tank at pickup. Also, the location was not well identified and no-one was there during morning business hours. Had to knock multiple time only to find a random guy who had to make a phone call so I could procure the keys. Overall a very poor experience. I will use Penske next time.

TAMMY WOnline check-in would not allow me to proceed from driver license entry. Had to call which added an hour and twenty minutes to the time I was scheduled to pick up the vehicle.

Ashley SThe pickup location was okay. But the employee wasn't real efficient. He had to call somebody and walk him through it so it really wasn't his job. He was the mechanic. Was little disappointed because the dolly was not at that location and we had to go to another location to pick up the enclosed box trailer and they had a dolly there. So we just purchased it from there. I was told by the representative that we would not be charged for the dolly but we could pick it up somewhere else and we ended up paying for it so we paid for it twice? So I'm not too sure that it was even taken off the first time and then we paid for it.
