Better lighting, finding the lock box was a challenge. The business looked very old cars in the way couldn't really see the main entrance. I would recommend because the price was lower than any other store/business near me.

Location is extremely congested, no off street parking, at very busy intersection. Phone link would not work properly --- very lengthy process
Barbara CU-haul was requesting us to drop off our equipment to a location that was abandoned and not in service. Thank God these guys at Sky,s Auto Collision ( Ceasar) helped us out in a time of need. If it wasn’t for his support and kindness we wouldn’t know what to do. My experience with my truck was beyond horrible. The trucks Air conditioning broke down and the extra roadside assistance I paid for could not fix it . I Drove all the way from North Carolina to Florida with no air. Ceasar really helped us out! Thank you Ceasar!!
MOSES MWhen I arrived to pick up the trailer I was instructed to call someone to confirm the rental. The person on the phone did not know how to do it. It took over half an hour for her to do this. When I returned the trailer I was given no instructions what I needed to do. By the time I figured it out (online firm) I was a few minutes late and was being charged double. I tried to dispute this online and the website froze. Took multiple calls and an hour on the phone to fix.
DAVID HThere is no one there to help. You have to call a number for someone who’s not there to “release it to you” no one to help attach or detach. The mechanics are straight jerks and have no clue about the Uhaul. Took 20 mins for them to virtually release it. Wasting time standing around with no one to physically help. How is this allowed?
