Our experience was horrible. When we went to pick up the truck, the employees struggled to walk us through the steps to get us signed in and a contract completed. They couldn't even figure out how to unlock the box the key was stored in. We had to wait for someone to come help them open it. Due to the staff's incompetence, it took us over 45 minutes to get the truck. This location should not be providing services on behalf of Uhaul.

Check in took forever because the employees are not properly trained on how to process customers through the iPad app, which kind of makes sense, since this location is, after all, a convenience store, and not a very nice one at that.

CRAIG HThe guy on this location got the Truck key without checking it and when I asked him, he told me everything is ok and we can check later and send you a receipt by email. I did full the truck tank but this guy charged me $67,5 for filling fuel (15 gallons) and I had driven just 39 miles!!! It was terrible!!! Now, I am in touch with customer service and I'm waiting for my complain processing. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS LOCATION!!!

Tisha TThe inside of the vehicle didn't look like it had been cleaned in awhile with sticky drink residue in all the cup holders. There was an unpleasant odor inside the cab too. The check engine light was on, and I wasn't sure how long or what was wrong with this truck. The owners were very nice and efficient to work with. Great customer service! I would rent from them solely based on their customer service.

Steve RThe employ did not understand the process and kept calling someone and speaking in a foreign language. There were several people lined up to buy cigarettes and getting pretty aggravated that my transaction was taking so long (30 minutes). I was pretty nervous not understanding what was being said on the phone and being the object of aggravation. My truck was the only uhaul vehicle in the parking lot of that smoke shop which seemed odd to start with.
