We were charged for a dozen blankets (we paid/ordered them) but when my husband picked up there were only 6....when he asked for either a refund or the other 6 blankets, we were told that no one was there who could do either & a refund would be issued later. We have not received the refund.

RICHARD GThe pickup and drop off process was seamless and very smooth. The young lady behind the counter that helped me was extremely knowledgeable about the store and was able to help me with all my needs while simultaneously assisting coworkers with questions from other customers. I can not remember her name but I do remember she is gearing up for her senior year of high school! Kudos to her and the rest of the staff at this location.

denise bTrailer was not secured to the car. Fell off at 60 miles per hour. One chain stayed connected and trailer was dragged for about 100 yards all the while swinging severely left and right.

Akiva OWhen my reserved truck wasn't available @ Alpharetta location, I was sent to the Woodstock location. Inconvenient & time consuming. Told by 3 different employees @ both locations that I could return the truck the next morning by 7:30AM. Didn't need it quite that long, planned on getting it back by 7pm ish same day. But after 4pm I rec'd call from a man saying he was the Owner @ Woodstock UHaul & that I was now late getting it back. He refused to hear me saying his own employees told me 7:30am the next day! Rude & painfully uninformed, which only added to my earlier inconvenience. This was my 1st time ever using Uhaul, annoying experience.
Phyllis WApp not easy to use and would kick you out with no way to finish at times. Van had a colony of ants living in it. Didn't notice until we were loading it the next day. Reservation was changed from a local location to a good bit farther away location for pick up and drop off. Was told it was due to overbooking. I was also only informed of this THE DAY I was picking the van up. This was NOT the locations fault.

JOHANNA MNo assistance with the drop off was told where to back trailer in and was told to unhook leave it there. Never checked the trailer for any damages or for cleanness.
Lee JHorrible, unprofessional service. The guy tried to charge me more than what my reservation was made for. He didn't have a clue on how to hook up the trailer. Very rude, even threatened to cancel my reservation. I had rented 4 26' trucks recently at the main Woodstock location. No issues there. Soni Ace Hardware is poorly trained and clueless on how to handle Uhaul customers. I left with the trailer and went to the main Woodstock location so they could check out and make sure trailer had been properly hooked up. The trailer was also dirty inside and I had to clean it. I would not recommend this location for a Uhaul rental to anyone.
