Equipment was clean for the most part, however, it leaked. It rained the night we moved and water ran down inside the walls on the mattresses.

martin sThe rented 20-ft truck, with AZ license plates, had a leak in the roof. There was no evidence of the leak when I rented it on a sunny day. I did not discover the leak until I started unloading the truck after days of rain. Many of my boxes were wet. I have not yet determined the extent of damages to my books, photos, and other items stored in cardboard boxes. The location did not seem to make note of my complaint so that the next customer could be warned. They referred me to the corporate office if I want to make a claim.
