I arrived to the location and when I went inside to speak to someone, he told me they didn't have ANY of the equipment I had reserved. After a while of being on my phone to complain to U-Haul, he tells me that they have the appliance dolly and the furniture mats. The furniture mats were dirty and wet, having just been used. When I spoke on the phone, I spoke to someone named David, who was amazing, and then someone named Mark, who was a complete asshole. Am never renting U-Haul again after this.

Gabriele CI asked for a receipt of my total charges, they said I would be emailed the next morning , I was not, I contacted U-Haul told them I had not received a receipt, I still have not heard back from them, maybe they’re waiting for me to go into the account that they forced me to make just to get a rental and I can look for it there, I’m not sure, or you can just email it to me like you said you were going to
David PHad one problem, When I appeared at the pickup location. The computer link to the affiliate went down for twenty minutes. Also, when I make reservations the nearest pickup location listed is not the nearest.

Sipp AThe truck smelled like horse / farm. The store cashier was kind of rude when I was trying to scan the QR for mobile pick up.
Tomas RAwful experience. Van was dirty, backup camera didn't work, and when I mentioned it to the employee upon return he said "why would you mention that?! Now I have so much other shit to do!" He was very rude and aggressive.
Roberto GVan was dirty. Back up camera didn't work so I mentioned that when I returned and the person working at the gas station said "why would you say that? Now I have more shit to do!" Very unfriendly and rude. Would absolutely NOT recommend.

Andrew CUpon drop off, the gas station (Sonomax) I had also picked up at was occupied for a movie filming! There was no where to park and I spent almost an hour driving around, finding a place to park, and then harassing the film crew to let me into the gas station and speak to the owner, who could take my keys. In the meantime they insisted I "come back later tonight or tomorrow" -- past my drop-off time, mind you. Such a disaster and obviously reflective of poor management at that Uhaul location. Such a waste of time after an already long day, as is typical with truck rentals.
Jon ZThe truck was not clean and the photos of the truck online were not correct. The pictures of the truck were when it was brand new and the truck had a lot of damage and graffiti on it. I don't care the truck is not perfect but at least put up current photos and not try and bait someone into paying for the damage.

What if I did not have my own and was counting on them. Thankfully I had 1 hand truck. But it would have been a much easier move if I had the supplies I was expecting Very disappointing

Andrzej SFurniture pads I ordered were not in the truck and I did not receive a refund. Truck barley had any gas when I picked it up.

Daniel TI had a very frustrating experience with the drop-off at the original place UHAUL assigned to me in Williamsburg, NY. The place was challenging to find and 30 minutes from my moving location. The instructions said to call upon arrival. I did that, however, NO ONE answered the phone. When I finally found someone, they refused to take the truck leaving with no solution. I had to contact UHAUL to be assigned another location which again took me 15 minutes to get to. All in all, it took me 2 hours and 45 minutes in total to return the truck and arrive back to my son's apartment in NY. That made for an extremely frustrating experience, and will definitely make me think twice about renting from UHAUL again.

David HI paid for $10 worth of gas but the van only too $5. There was a dolly in the van that I neither requested or used. I hope I wasn't charged for it. The print on the receipts us so tiny and can't be magnified.

Shahinur RThe truck was absolutely covered in dirt when I picked it up. I'm talking like if someone dumped 10 mulch sized bags of dirt into the truck. I was told there were no other trucks available, and I wasn't given any discount at all. I got our as much dirt as I could but every single thing I moved to my new apartment is now dirty. Terrible experience. Also, they didn't have a dolly or strap available like I originally pre ordered.
Vincent BI requested a dolly and was expecting one for work I had to do. Got there, but they didn't have one. I should have been sent to another location closeby to get one. Really affected my workday. If Sonomax can't provide supplies than they shouldn't be offered online. or someone should have called or texted to let me know.
JAMESGORDON Meverything went smoothly. truck was ready, dolly was ready. the operator was even so kind to exchange a truck for a smaller one when i couldn't manage to park the larger one in my neighborhood.
Jan SClean vehicle, inside there was used tissues and very dirty surfaces. I was also charged for a broken mirror I understood was noted broken before I rented. Now going to hours or waiting to clear this mess up. This has been a terrible experience.
