Christy AThe truck was clean. I’m not certain if the truck needs new tires or an alignment - but the steering wheel has a bad shake.
CRAIG GThere was no lock inside the storage even though we were told there would be 2 so we had to get our own.
Christy AThe straps to secure the vehicles front tires to the auto transport trailer was well worn and frayed. Replacing these soon would be helpful.

Had to call uhaul to even finish the online rental and that person may want to find a job that doesn’t include customer service as she has a very rude tone to herself when speaking on the phone, not sure if that’s just her overall personality or she was just straight trying to have an attitude either way wasn’t appreciated

Bridget WEquipment was great & clean. I originally rented a 9' van & they were out so i was given a 15' truck for the same price and i was very grateful. Because the location i used wasn't open 24/7, i used the online check in & return. My check in took 45 minutes because the website was very slow. Return was just as bad. Other than the slow website, my experience was good.

Tammy WIt seems if you go through the phone on the U Haul phone numbers that are posted they are not real knowledgeable about what is available. I was on the phone with the lady for a very long time going in circles. I then went to the actual location that I would pick the truck up at. This lady was so helpful and truly cared about helping me get the best deal for what I needed. She was so nice and very friendly. It was such a a pleasure to go through her! Will definitely go back.
Connie NThe location had no one there. We had trouble locating the key and had to call for help. Because we had to pick up at 7am, I was told earlier to download the app in order to get the truck early. We did but I guess the equipment I ordered through the website (dolly and roller) did not cross over to the app. There were blankets in the truck, but the truck was half full. So, we had to stop for gas and go by Lowe's to pick up a dolly and a roller. I have used UHaul many times and had good experiences. This just wasn't one of them. I really think the problem was the App vs the website.

Edith B | RéservationMy original location was within 10 miles from my home. Changed my pickup location 22 miles from my home.Got to the location to pickup my uhaul truck office was closed. Called the contact phone number and stayed on hold for 45 minutes. When the person that was going to help me, she said the truck should be parked outside the fence, it was not. I could not see the truck number from outside the fence. I had to get a gate number, go inside the compound and located the truck on the back of the compound. After 2 hours on the phone I finally ws able to leave with my rental truck. I will never use the remote location pickup again. I will give kudos to the lady that helped me. Very calm, cool and collected. Very professional on her part. Oh, by changing my pickup location cost me $50 more in mileage fees.

CHARLES SThis location is small and hard to maneuver. I parked the 20' box van in the most open area I could find. After turning over the keys, the associate gave them back and told me I had to move the truck t particular area, which wasn't mark upon arrival. The parking area was tight to pull into, had posts that had obviously been hit previously, and had other vehicles (not U-Haul) in the way. It seems it would have been safe for all involved to have a U-Haul person handle the vehicle in such situations. Overall the place was clean and the associate was polite.
Jackie SLeara went above and beyond assisting me with my move. I would highly recommend this location to anyone needing to rent equipment.
Kelly LEvery time I have used this location the staff is always gone. It is so frustrating knowing they have the rental contract with a time on it and there isn't staffing then. I would not recommend this place to anyone!
Melissa HI have no complaints about the performance of the local pick up site. They did a good job. The U-Haul website is another matter. If you want to improve something for the next customer, I suggest you start there. Stop making all users pass through page after page of upselling. People who have experience with rentals usually know what we want, we don't need to have to turn down every good and service U-Haul has to offer. Most of all, stop adding things to the cart that are not requested. I had to remove moving blankets from the cart 3 or 4 times, and then when I got to the location to pick up the item I rented, the clerk had to delete the blankets again.

Ralph KIt took me a while to get to the truck, even after I had gotten the keys, due to it being locked inside the gates. Had to call and get access to the gate. Once inside went through the final checks of the truck and noticed the furniture dolly was missing from the truck. Reported it via the app and had to take a picture of the inside of the truck to show it wasn't there. I was still charged the rental fee for the dolly that I didn't even get. I had to go and buy one because that dolly was needed. The next morning after drop off, got a call stating that because their furniture dolly was missing, I would be charged for it. Told them it was missing when I picked it up and that I reported it missing upon pick up. The lady just said ok and hung up. Overall, it wasn't a great experience. There were zero issues with the truck with the exception of the missing dolly. The location made it very difficult to pick up the truck even tho it was supposed to be during business hours and the gates were all padlocked and there was noone in the office.

I called and told them I was there to drop off a trailer and was told they were closed even though I had to have the trailer back. Then I had to have a code to get inside the gated area and they acted like I was trying to steal something since I needed a code to get in and out of the gated area even after I told them I had a uhaul trailer and they had my information.Then was told to just to go to the app and do a return since I showed up when they were closed. How is it my fault your info shows they close at 5 and it's 3:00? So just dropped the trailer Then spent 10 mins answering all the questions online to have to call them back and have the woman again, not listen to what I'm saying, tell me she has to call someone else since I'm inside the gate and needed out. Even though they pulled up my information and could see I was there to drop off a trailer.
Shane BU-Haul should provide as much support as they can for the folks that staff this particular rental facility. The direct care, support, and guidance provided by the people at South Park in Cullman, AL make every bit of difference in the overall experience. I will return to this facility as frequently as possible in order to get the personal care and "human" factor of great customer service.

Marc CThe trucks are behind a gate. I was not given a gate code to access the truck. My wife and I waited for an hour on the phone to try to get the gate code. Eventually the owner of the facility arrived and opened the gate for us. I was transferred 4 times during the hour I was on the phone. Reach person told me the next person would help me but that never happened. When returning the truck the same thing happened. Absolutely awful experience.

Robbin RThere was no person located at the pickup location despite the location indicating they opened at 9am. When I had trouble with the U-Haul app and could not access the locked gate or the key to my truck, there was no person on site to help. When I called the local number listed for help, multiple times, no one answered. It took being on the phone for over an hour with a U-Haul account manager to be able to access my equipment.
Gardner SFriendly staff and very helpful. My storage unit was ready and clean. The U-Hual system assigned me a different place to return and South Park Self Storage took care of that for me so I didn't have to go to another location. A true one stop shop!
