Missing supplies I paid for and I had no idea the location was coded to go in and to get out . The code was only given once in the check in process and it was not clear the code would be needed to get back out . U-Haul customer service was awesome. I've had better experiences with other U-Haul locations and won't be back to this one

I went during business hours to return the trailer that y'all wanted me to bring. No one was there to help me had to move it by myself. Had to move three trailers out of the way to get that 26-ft U-Haul of mine back out of there. I'm a 65-year-old senior citizen by myself. Then they tried to say I didn't return the blankets and are charging me twice for that charge of $149 in charge of 117. They tried to claim I didn't have enough gas in it when I had more then I picked it up with. I had pictures to prove all of this. I've gotten no assistance whatsoever
KATHY SThe location I picked the trailer up at was great however I had reserved the trailer 35 miles away in Birmingham and when I showed up they did not have it or anyone who knew about U-Haul. When I called the help line they were very slow to get me a new pick up location and a bit rude. Never apologized for the inconvenience. Again the South Park location was great but was a bit frustrating prior to my arrival there.
