The truck was clean. I’m not certain if the truck needs new tires or an alignment - but the steering wheel has a bad shake.
CRAIG GThere was no lock inside the storage even though we were told there would be 2 so we had to get our own.
Christy AThe straps to secure the vehicles front tires to the auto transport trailer was well worn and frayed. Replacing these soon would be helpful.
Jonathan CWas never sent a code to get into the gate to pick up the truck luckily another person was there waiting for them to open who did have a code and let me in. Had to call uhaul to even finish the online rental and that person may want to find a job that doesn’t include customer service as she has a very rude tone to herself when speaking on the phone, not sure if that’s just her overall personality or she was just straight trying to have an attitude either way wasn’t appreciated
