LUIS JARAMILLO CABALLEROThis location was where uhaul customer service told me to drop off the uhaul because the north port facility was closed after we had to drive 20 min across town to another storage location because they didn't have the storage we reserved online. I tried to use the mobile return when I returned it; the website couldn't find the location, so I called customer service and spent 40 min on hold to return the truck.
TIA DEUELTruck was in good shape. Experienced no issues. Location was friendly and professional. Rental process was quick and easy.
John EisenThe truck ran well and was swept out. However, there were three warning indicators showing: an amber trailer (indicating trailer attached, which was not); an amber horseshoe (indicating check brakes? could be serious); a warning that tyre pressure was low in one tyre (this appears to be a sensor error). However, having these alight for all but very local use is not a good idea, and not up to Uhaul standard that I have experienced in the past.
Graham CustardThe guy that waited on me was abit full of himself. He said they have no place to leave your car when you rent the truck, had to park down the street when there was plenty of places to park in his lot. He was just an ASS. I took the truck based on him telling me it was ok. The truck was not ok, the air condition did not work. I think he knew this as when I told him the ac did not work when I brought the truck back, he kinda laughed under his breath. This guy could not have cared any less and made it very clear that he was put out by being bothered to even have to rent me the truck. I dont think I will go back to the place as long as the guy that waited on me works there.

Joseph AnticoThe parking lot was a mess with very little access to the truck. The truck was a mess. I was charged for moving pads that were not in the truck. The lock box lock is rusted, so you can barely open it and it's under a leaky air conditioner. Just terrible process and customer service .

Mark SandersWhen I called about a fuel charge I received, He gave me a pat answer "Call Customer Service." I had returned the truck a day early and filled it appropriately on the way to the drop off location. It took me 55 minutes on hold with Uhaul and an additional trip to the drop off location, totaling about 2 hours to straighten this out. Then the customer service rep said that I should have verified something. Way to pass the buck for your incompetence. YOU should be paying ME $38,55 for my time to straighten this out. My Uhaul experience was great, except for this. What a sour way to end a customer interaction.

Laurie BroyNo masks were worn by staff. The place is small and it felt like a health hazard. Also, I hired a man to help me pack and drive this Uhaul. He owed a balance from a previous thing. I had to pay a stranger's bill to rent a truck for my move because I listed them as an additional driver. No, he could not be removed, no it didn't matter that he is a hired stranger, no Uhaul does not alert you to this when you reserve the service..they deliberately wait until you are picking up. Staff was pleasant and attentive.

David bednarshSouth Venice Auto was terrific with my needs, it was u hauls website that goofed everything up. I booked a trailer thru the website to a location close to me. Was told to go to a different location because my location did not have the equipment I required. When I went to pick it up at the location they sent me to they did not have the equipment and I needed to go to a third location to pick it up. Needless to say at that point I was pissed and come to find out the third location was already closed for the day. A phone call was made and surprisingly the gentleman answered and agreed to wait for me. ( South Venice Auto) As far as the equipment itself it was in great condition and performed perfectly for my move.

Jon BaumbauerThe truck had an infestation of Florida fire ants which I am allergic to and get huge blisters if stung. Didnt realize there were more than a few until after loading the truck and opening it the next day to see ants crawling all over all the stuff inside. Also when tow dolly was connected there was no added information or tips given to a first time user so I had multiple issues with it during my move.

The first hour and the last hour was for the auto repair customers I was told. But there was no customers in the office at the time. Seems like the clerk should have access the the computer when they open.
