Convenient location, friendly staff - highly recommend!!
Efrain MThe only issue I had was that one of the tires had a slow leak. I checked it shortly after getting the trailer and it was already low. I added air and it held for a while, but I had to add more air the next day. I checked again each time I stopped and was able to make the whole trip without catastrophe.

Justin DNobody was there when I arrived to return the trailer. I dropped it off and took a picture. Then I still got emails saying I never returned it, and also got charged for an overdue rental.

Efrain MTruck was dirty inside and out including the loading cab that we had to sweep so it would be clean for our furniture. . The worst part was there was absolutely no gas left. It had 7 miles till empty. And in return we left it with just over a 1/2 tank left which we should receive credit for it.

Robert KThe guy there is the RUDEST PERSON, he wasn't helpful at! I simply had question regarding why my card wasn't charged for my payment because I have more than enough money in my bank account to pay for my charges! The only thing he would say is I don't know why,so I hung on him an he called me back harassing me about why I hung up on him & he started insulting me like I'm not able to pay for the Uhaul! I will be filing charges against him & the whole Uhaul company!
bobbie wI returned the trailer in clean condition. The drop off location is off a main road in a non well maintained area. I was charged a $25 cleaning fee. I rented an open trailer for a motorcycle. It also rained after I dropped off the trailer. So please explain how it was in need of a cleaning fee. Will not be renting again.

derry jSelected 1 way and got charged for in town. We put in our drop location and it still auto populated it as my drop city. Had to return it and go 50 miles out of the way paying 0,99 a mile for uhaul messing my reservation up. No one I spoke to could help. How do you run a company and can't fix any kind of mess up. Then tried to charge me $20 because the app didnt work and no instructions to take a picture of the uhaul at the return location. Absolute bull***t all around I can happily say **** this company this was nothing but a scam and headache from the get go. Also my keys said it was a one way truck so where do we go wrong. This company needs to learn customer service and own up when there is a mix up. No apology just blamed me ***** uhaul

Frank CReturning online is great, but there are a lot of photos required for the truck after I already answered questions. For people who spent all day moving and are exhausted, this is a tiring experience.
