Si WI was charged for a cleaning fee when I returned it same shape it was in minus tge fact it had gas in it when I returned it!!! When I picked it up it was bone dry ill never rent from tvis location again if tgis guys gonna lie for a cleaning fee! I'll just go penske might cost more but no bs

Rodney SI'm getting charged $30 fod a dozen fixture pads or whatever and there were none in the truck!!! Talked to a lady who was very rude! But equipment was just perfect for our move and well maintained! Very UNFRIENDLY staff!
Matthew MNo one there. Park the truck took pictures of condition of truck full gas tank and where the truck was parked. It snowed that night as I dropped it off two days early. As it sat I guess it got snowed on so they charged me $25. Cleaning fee
libby ttruck wanders all over the road...needs maintenance before it gets worse
robert rAlthough swept, the truck was not clean. It needed wiped down. You could tell someone had smoked in it previously by the console in the door. Could be because the overall experience was bad as I was originally supposed to get the truck in Carrollton, Oh but the locks would not work. The overall experience cost me an extra 2 1/2 hours to get a truck and get started. By that time, my help had to leave. I then got charged for extra mileage that would not have been with the original reservation.
ronald hI was told when I gave the person a $100 cash deposit I would get my money the remainder of it back when I returned the uhual when I returned the uhual I was told I had to wait until uhual emailed me my receipt to get my money back I’m very disappointed and honestly makes me never wanna use uhual again if this is how customers are treated

miranda nGas tank was 3/4 full when I picked it up. I dropped it off 3/4 full, and was charged over 100 bucks to fill it. I had dropped it off after hours. I assumed that had been taken into account. I shouldn't have to pay for gas I did not burn!

ERNEST GThere seems to be a lack of training. The gentleman who took care of us, didn't seem to understand the system very well. He also added insurance when we declined it and set out drop off location to a location we said was too far from home.
TROY SDon't change the pick up location. We chose the location because it was close to our home. The new location was 24 minutes away.
