Although swept, the truck was not clean. It needed wiped down. You could tell someone had smoked in it previously by the console in the door. Could be because the overall experience was bad as I was originally supposed to get the truck in Carrollton, Oh but the locks would not work. The overall experience cost me an extra 2 1/2 hours to get a truck and get started. By that time, my help had to leave. I then got charged for extra mileage that would not have been with the original reservation.

miranda nicole M.Gas tank was 3/4 full when I picked it up. I dropped it off 3/4 full, and was charged over 100 bucks to fill it. I had dropped it off after hours. I assumed that had been taken into account. I shouldn't have to pay for gas I did not burn!
