Elijah DWe were extremely pleased with the customer service! This team made sure we had everything we needed for a multi-state move. We have dealt with this dealership in the past, and have never had an issue. Only place we will use for any U-Haul needs.
tommy jHad too much trouble trying to even get the key. There was no one on site to help. Took an hour with online help to get on the road. The equipment I ordered wasn't even there. No designated parking for personal car outlined. Only reason I figured out which van was mine is I had to match the license plate, there was no designation number where there said there should be one.

Charles JFirst time after many rentals where the person did not help attach the trailer to my vehicle which the drop off location said is protocol for U-Haul rentals and how it happened every other time.

patti bIt would be nice if the U-Haul truck have a monitor that tells us how many gallons of gas to put back in the gas tank, before returning it. I paid too much money for the gas to put back in the gas tank. I think I overpaid $5 or a little more. Merci.

James SI contracted for a 15' truck 2 weeks in advance insure we obtained exactly what we required. I was advised the day before pickup there was no 15' trucks available. I could only get a 10' with NO RAMP unless I wanted to drive 25 miles to another city get a 15' at my cost in mileage just picking it up. This resulted in scrambling to find additional manpower at the last minute because we had to load major appliances that needed to be manually PICKED UP to put in the truck not to mention additional trips and longer moving time. The truck was fine and the person at the pickup location was awesome but very disappointed that as a customer I had to settle for a truck that was inadequate for my needs and wasn't what I contracted for.

William PMilt is always a pleasure to work with. Also, when using the drop box, he figured out that to make it work, you have to stand right next to it. Very helpful since it didn't work last time.
Karen CMilt was excellent. The vehicle was in great shape aside from a missing sun visor on the driver's side. I was aware of it in advance and fashioned a makeshift visor from cardboard. I was grateful to have a truck even though it needed the mod.
RONALD YThe proprietor at this location is no less than incredible. He had everything all prepared for when we arrived and he helped to connect and check out the equipment and made some recommendations that turned out to be very helpful.
