Easy pickup and drop off. Representative was courteous,helpful.
marion dGet an alignment done on the truck the steering wheel faces left when driving straight. The ignition switch is faulty had to wiggle to get into gear. The windshield wipers are very old, had a hard time seeing in the rain. And the god-awful smell of human stink permeated the truck front and back. It literally smelled like a herd of people where in the back of the box truck for a long amount of time. My wife and I were gagging. I 100% will not every rent from there again. I had to load my own equipment (appliance Dolly). Just all around a horrible experience and waste of money. I was so embarrassed driving that truck.
Briana ACost is misleading when renting a 10' truck advertising $19.95 a day, ends up being $89.00 for 5 hours.
Elizabeth LTruck was clean, and staff was nice. However, the truck had horrible suspension shaking, popping and a very bad alignment had to go 50-55 on the interstate for it to feel barely safe also the passenger mirror flopped around at random causing no side view, incredibly unsafe. would have returned for a different truck if it wasn’t for time restrictions. I want to be contacted about this.
