When a customer tells the attendant that they pre-paid for the truck and no additional things need to be charged. The attendant should LISTEN and not charge for things explicitly told not to add. Very disappointed in this pick up location

The guy gave a hassle when we went to pick up. Wouldn't let us take the trailer. Did not believe who I said that I was an kept calling me a liar. The lady in Bloomington, Il helped out so much. Finally almost 3 hours later we got the trailer. I was charged a 40 and my signature forge on the paper. Didn't see the charge till I found it in an email an looked it up my bank statement. When calling about this to corporates they were extremely rude. I picked the trailer up on the 5th an returned it on the 7th. I did not use the full 10 days I returned early. An was not refunded those extra days that I did not use. I will be calling corporate again, I'm not happy how I was treated one bit.

30 minutes from where we planned to pick up the truck. The employee was fine just handed us keys. Then when I got home I got instructions as to what to do before we left the lot.

I had just got out of the hospital after having a heart attack I could not lift the trailer off of my truck the gentleman behind the counter of the convenient store did not want to help I told him my situation he said he didn’t know how I told him all he hast to do is pick it up after pleading with him for several minutes he finally said OK fine as I’m backing the trailer up to where he gave me the location to drop it at he comes out yelling at me told me I told you not there I told you undersigned and there were several signs out thereAnyway finally got it dropped and before I went inside to do the paperwork he had already submitted in the return To also wish I was told I would not be charged but was still charged $84

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION - SHOULDNT EVEN BE A U-HAUL DEALER - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE Pickup was a hassle. Agent was not even there. Had to talk to him on the phone and he wanted references and phone numbers, even though I had already filled out the reservation and checked in with my license on the app. Never had to give that before. Phone number to location is disconnected. Upon return he told me that my contract didn't go through and he'd do it later. That night I saw that he still hadn't shown the trailer as returned and added a bunch of other charges to my rental doubling the cost. I spent an hour and a half on the phone that night to get through to customer service to try and get it remedied. At the time of this review, I am still waiting for the charges to my bank account to be fixed having been charged double the rental rate that I agreed to.

The gentleman at the pickup location was rude to my wife during processing. We had an appointment for pickup, and the worker helped customers who arrived after our arrival and appointment time. When my wife asked why this was, he was very rude about it. Other than that, the vehicle, cleanliness, performance, etc was all superb.

I waited at the location for over an hour past my scheduled appointment waiting on someone to show up. The numbers for the location on the uhaul sight and the locations sight were both disconnected. They also charged me for 2 days when the trailer was returned the same day to the same person who rented it to me.

This end of the experience was less than fabulous. This is a scary, poorly lit tiny gas station / convenience store (emphasis on alcoholic beverages) in the middle of nowhere, and the attendant seemed almost pissed that he had to receive my return. I am a COPD/Asthma sufferer so walking a lot, climbing in and out of this truck are an experiment in terror anyway. Unbeknownst to me, my helpers had left some empty boxes in the truck... I was commanded to "clean this truck !" this after I was made to walk back outside and stand in the cold while he checked this truck like he was afraid I would steal shot bottles of booze I would never drink. I quickly barked back "COPD Asthma patient... not gonna happen, just charge me!" He responds with "oh I'm gonna charge you !" Long story short... that was a $100 oversite.... Make sure you clean your truck, and take it anywhere but here !
