Catherine R.When a customer tells the attendant that they pre-paid for the truck and no additional things need to be charged. The attendant should LISTEN and not charge for things explicitly told not to add. Very disappointed in this pick up location
Kenneth E.The guy gave a hassle when we went to pick up. Wouldn't let us take the trailer. Did not believe who I said that I was an kept calling me a liar. The lady in Bloomington, Il helped out so much. Finally almost 3 hours later we got the trailer. I was charged a 40 and my signature forge on the paper. Didn't see the charge till I found it in an email an looked it up my bank statement. When calling about this to corporates they were extremely rude. I picked the trailer up on the 5th an returned it on the 7th. I did not use the full 10 days I returned early. An was not refunded those extra days that I did not use. I will be calling corporate again, I'm not happy how I was treated one bit.
Juan R.30 minutes from where we planned to pick up the truck. The employee was fine just handed us keys. Then when I got home I got instructions as to what to do before we left the lot.
