MARK SPam was amazing to work with. I dealt with her 3 times during the work up to the rental dates and she went above and beyond to make my experience the best possible. She even called me on the eve of my rental dates to make sure I was good to go and had no issues. I called her at the tail end of my rental dates to make sure I was clear on where to park both units as they would be closed upon my return. Pam was amazing to work with from start to finish. You have a rock star in Pam at this location.!
Steven MEverything was fine with the pick up location. Unfortunately, the windshield wipers were coming apart so there was metal on glass pretty well immediately. We had to purchase and replace the wiper blades. Otherwise standard Uhaul pick-up.
MICHEL DIn Canada - very efficient, friendly and helpful. But , the original booking was for 5 days, and the computer said 2. so we had to pay extra again for the 3 days

COLIN BTo anyone thinking of renting from U-HAUL. When there is a pickup to rent a U-Haul there should be mention every renter must fill the gas tanks when dropped off. If not U-Haul charges for the difference back to the customer for the missing fuel. Instead of ripping people off on fuel prices and mileage, they should fill the gas tanks themselves. We were not given anything more than A 1/4 tank of fuel, yet they charged the previous customer outrageous fuel prices to refuel it. That's stealing plain and simple not replacing the fuel missing after you've charged that back to the customer prior. Shame on U-Haul. If that's not bad enough? I was told I had 4 days to use the truck. There system put in 3 after I was given the Thanksgiving Monday to return the U haul. They argued that wasn't true!!!! Knowing darn well, the 1800 number gave me that information due to the long weekend, plus being told to pick up the U-Haul booking in Armstrong for 4:00 pm.on the Thursday. When we called the 1800 number in front of the agent we again were told they showed only 3 days in the system. Not our problem!!! That was UHAULS error completely not making remarks of the booking agent giving us 4 days and having to return it after the Thanksgiving long weekend. When picking a U-Haul up at 4:00 pm who is loading a U-Haul at 5:00 pm to account for that as a full day holding the truck over night before its loaded I'm also leaving a Google Review on the way we were treated! They ripped us off by lying about the days we had the U-Haul which people should know about that and the fuel issue. Plus the fact they don't have law stated (snow flake) winter tires on the truck when they were to be place on the truck by law in BC by October 1, 2024. The mechanical issues we told U-Haul about that we had, they didn't care to even hear them by the gentlemen that travelled to Alberta with us.it was a wasted cause explaining anything at the drop off with the U-HAUL. We were told our deposit would take over a month to be returned, because she does not have a debit machine to return our deposit. Another lie to us told by Armstrong U-Haul (where rented from) that we would receive it back at the drop off point in St Paul Alberta. This was an absolutely horrible experience in every sense of the word with the rental calculating km, expected day rentals based on the 1800 number, the fuel issues, the lies about our deposit, truck issues, customer service in St Paul, and so on!!!!!!I will discourage others to ever rent from U-HAUL, due to our experience. They charged over above rates for the service, quality and expertise in customer service. Wendy Hamel

Deborah NOnly complaint I have is, when dropping the truck off it was very difficult to get parked. I had to reverse to the far back of a very narrow path. I managed but it was not easy. However the people there were amazing and were so helpful, I couldn't have done it without there help. Those two ladies deserve a good pat on the back.
Kramer KMy drop off date and time was on a day where the business was closed and when I called to find out what to do I was told to come back the next day. When I showed up they weren't open again until an hour after my drop off time. Although this may not have been their fault as they didn't draft the rental contract, the employee who showed up after I was sitting there for an hour after driving in from another city was rude and belittling and made me feel like an idiot because I didn't have experience backing trailers and had difficulty parking it where she wanted it. I was told I should have brought my husband as if I was so incompetent I needed one. I'm not married so that was an insult. Then we were going to detach the trailer and roll it to where it needed to go but it was stuck on the hitch and wouldn't come off. The agitated employee went to a nearby garage to get help and when she was walking back with someone who had agreed to assist, I could hear her talking to him about me so I said yes, I admit I suck at backing so this way she would know that I knew she was talking about me. The guy she brought was super nice and helped back the trailer in and take it off the hitch although the latter wasn't easy for him either. Just before I left the employee told me to do her a favour and rent a truck next time. I said well, I'm leaving here feeling like shit. I told her they needed better communication given the drop off date and time fiasco. The last thing she said to me before I drove off was I hope you enjoy the rest of your day. Not likely after all of that. Won't be renting from U-Haul again anytime soon. What an experience.Ruined my entire day.

Robert NOnce again. Not the location, just uhaul generally. The first rep we talked to, was very rude to us. He even told us we would have to do the 400km trip and then bring the trailer all the way back to the original pick up location. Not a good experience at all. We could hardly work the rusty roll up door. We had to use our own lighting wire because the one on the hitch was broken through. Too bad they are the only rental outfit we could find. Never again!
David DThe rates were outrageous for uhaul. Almost $400 for 24 hr use, i could have had a moving company move my stuff for less. I will definitely look for a different company next time I need a cube truck.

Douglas MStruggled with your on line pick up service My iPhone wouldn't allow you to know my location. I followed the fix information on your site but still no go. I had to call in and wait after 40 minutes to reach someone. Turns out with an iPhone there was one other step to do that wasn't listed in your fix notes.
Barbara HThe truck was had smelled with smoke. We were both plugged up fir the whole day. The online help was very poor. Had to talk with four people to get the process going as what I did on line myself would not work. Bringing the truck back was the same process as well except that I couldn't talk to anyone each time I called the other end hung up. Very frustrating to use the online service. It said it would take minutes. I was there picking up truck for an hour and dropping off 35 minutes.

George BThe trailer I received had a broken cable on the back door making the door hard to operate. The trailer hookup latch was seized and had to work to get it freed. Tires were worn to minimum thread. Not impressed with the equipment for the price I paid.

Cost.me $20 to wash out your trailer before I could even use it and I got pulled over and delayed and hour by the police because you rent equipment out with expired tags. Shameful

ELIZABETH HI booked my trailer rental with UHAUL staff, was told of 2 different locations for the pick up, prior to this one, and received confirmations for such before being contacted later that the location didn't actually have the equipment, and then redirected to a new location. Maybe confirm with locations what their inventory actually is before sending someone there.
