Overall the tow dolly was in great condition. The challenge is with the condition of the ratchet that tightened the wheel straps. Very rusty had difficulty releasing the rolled up straps. The ends of the straps were difficult to thread into the ratchet. It's a good thing that I have experience with tow dolly's. Also the booking agent did not advise me that extending lights to place on the vehicle being towed were required and NOT AVAILABLE through U-Haul. I knew I tequired them and anticipated renting them at time of pickup. Greatly impacted my day. Not happy!
