Deborah NikkelOnly complaint I have is, when dropping the truck off it was very difficult to get parked. I had to reverse to the far back of a very narrow path. I managed but it was not easy. However the people there were amazing and were so helpful, I couldn't have done it without there help. Those two ladies deserve a good pat on the back.
Kramer KazMy drop off date and time was on a day where the business was closed and when I called to find out what to do I was told to come back the next day. When I showed up they weren't open again until an hour after my drop off time. Although this may not have been their fault as they didn't draft the rental contract, the employee who showed up after I was sitting there for an hour after driving in from another city was rude and belittling and made me feel like an idiot because I didn't have experience backing trailers and had difficulty parking it where she wanted it. I was told I should have brought my husband as if I was so incompetent I needed one. I'm not married so that was an insult. Then we were going to detach the trailer and roll it to where it needed to go but it was stuck on the hitch and wouldn't come off. The agitated employee went to a nearby garage to get help and when she was walking back with someone who had agreed to assist, I could hear her talking to him about me so I said yes, I admit I suck at backing so this way she would know that I knew she was talking about me. The guy she brought was super nice and helped back the trailer in and take it off the hitch although the latter wasn't easy for him either. Just before I left the employee told me to do her a favour and rent a truck next time. I said well, I'm leaving here feeling like shit. I told her they needed better communication given the drop off date and time fiasco. The last thing she said to me before I drove off was I hope you enjoy the rest of your day. Not likely after all of that. Won't be renting from U-Haul again anytime soon. What an experience.Ruined my entire day.

Robert NazarekOnce again. Not the location, just uhaul generally. The first rep we talked to, was very rude to us. He even told us we would have to do the 400km trip and then bring the trailer all the way back to the original pick up location. Not a good experience at all. We could hardly work the rusty roll up door. We had to use our own lighting wire because the one on the hitch was broken through. Too bad they are the only rental outfit we could find. Never again!
David DanielsThe rates were outrageous for uhaul. Almost $400 for 24 hr use, i could have had a moving company move my stuff for less. I will definitely look for a different company next time I need a cube truck.

Douglas MerawStruggled with your on line pick up service My iPhone wouldn't allow you to know my location. I followed the fix information on your site but still no go. I had to call in and wait after 40 minutes to reach someone. Turns out with an iPhone there was one other step to do that wasn't listed in your fix notes.
Barbara HazellThe truck was had smelled with smoke. We were both plugged up fir the whole day. The online help was very poor. Had to talk with four people to get the process going as what I did on line myself would not work. Bringing the truck back was the same process as well except that I couldn't talk to anyone each time I called the other end hung up. Very frustrating to use the online service. It said it would take minutes. I was there picking up truck for an hour and dropping off 35 minutes.

George BrittchThe trailer I received had a broken cable on the back door making the door hard to operate. The trailer hookup latch was seized and had to work to get it freed. Tires were worn to minimum thread. Not impressed with the equipment for the price I paid.

Alex BrownThe plates were expired Trailer reeked of gasoline You tried to bill me for 5 days when it was returned in 4. Horrible experience. Won't rent again from you. Cost.me $20 to wash out your trailer before I could even use it and I got pulled over and delayed and hour by the police because you rent equipment out with expired tags. Shameful

ELIZABETH HARINGI booked my trailer rental with UHAUL staff, was told of 2 different locations for the pick up, prior to this one, and received confirmations for such before being contacted later that the location didn't actually have the equipment, and then redirected to a new location. Maybe confirm with locations what their inventory actually is before sending someone there.

WAYNE SUDDSI was given a rental truck that had unacceptable tires on it. Which in turn cause me to drive 80+km from and back to the location I moving from. Then required a storage rental since I could not deliver to new property. Almost got into 2 accidents during this travel. Then Kal tire Vernon replaced tires at their shop (too icy to replace remotely). so I ended up driving 40+ km to and from, back to residence I'm moving from. They needed a day to install tires. I'm out close to 120km in driving, cost of fuel, a day of rental, and rental of a storage unit which is charged by the month @$200. The illegal tires ( no snowfake) on a major highway has been the WORST rental I have ever encountered. I am demanding restitution....if nothing else....at least 50 % reimbursement of my cost to this fiasco. Otherwise, I will be contacting anyone I know ( social media) on my experience..and I will include photos of said tires! I am not one to write such a mean review, but this was a disgrace. And had a nervous breakdown, when trying to travel in winter conditions with poor maintenance tires. This response is copied and pasted ...waiting your reply. And to top off my frustration, when I rented the truck, I was asked if I wanted roadside assistance....or if I had BCAA.....I said I have BCAA. Then, when I got stuck, BCAA would NOT help because the truck had dually tires on back. Which your representative should have known about. It will be very difficult to trust in your company in the future.
Dale metlewskyMy only recommendation is that there is a better access road to the cargo trailers. Having to back in on a dirt road in winter with a trailer is not for the inexperienced. If this were made into a two-way laneway with an actual entrance and exit, or enough room to actually be able to turn your vehicle around, then it would be much easier. Staff were great - my only complaint is the difficulty in returning cargo trailer up against a fence on a makeshift road where you're asked to back in past other trailers, past Uhaul moving vans, etc, on a pot-holed dirt makeshift driveway. Not easy when road is snow covered with a major ditch on one side. Access and dropoff for cargo trailers is not ideal at this location.

LARRY GOERTZENGreat location and knowledgeable, helpful staff. They advised me on the best plan for my long distance move. Highlighted contact information etc. I rented a 26 ft cube truck and U-Haul really does haul like a truck and drive like a van. The only suggestion I have is don't assume everyone knows where all the buttons are, how to operate tow or close the back door. I figured it out but a little tutorial would have been nice. In all it was a great experience and I highly recommend Spall Storage Centre.
SANDRA BACONSpall Storage was excellent The Uhaul however swayed and had very poor brakes. I called for roadside assistance but sat waiting for well over an hour (on hold). To make things better please do regular mechanical and maintenance checks to help ensure others safety. Other then that issue I am still pleased with Uhaul in general

BRADLEY TAUBERRunning lights didn't work, uhaul system was down, took over two hours to get the trailer even though I was paying cash. Did not receive an email to acknowledge existing damages and almost held accountable for damages upon return. Reserved a month in advance and still had to go to another location and drive an extra 100 miles out of the way with one day notice.
