Had to wait for them to come open the location, not a full time U-Haul center

This was the drop off site and the rep was very helpful. We appreciated how kind he was.

The site closed at 4:00 pm. We spoke to the gentleman at the business and told him we were coming from a different UHaul place that didn't have the truck size we needed. We arrived at 3:25 but the place was closed. We called the contact number and he said he had to leave. He offered no other help except to say that he would contact his manager; hopefully he would be available. We waited but got no call back. We were called by the manager of the other site, who just wanted to check on us, and she offered to help us. Thank goodness for the woman at the Jefferson Road, She was able to find a lock code for us to get the key for the truck. She was our saving grace after a long, frustrating day!!

When we signed in to pick up the truck, the form allowed us to show that we did not have the furniture pads as requested. When we checked out it still charged me for them. I need to be refunded for this overcharge. I sent an email to customer service credit department over a week ago and have still not heard back. The lock-box was tricky to open to retrieve the keys. It was stuck for a while and took us quite a while to open. We had to call customer service and while we were on the phone it finally opened. We were entering the correct combination the correct way, but it was still stuck.

Make sure combination locks on key boxes are functioning properly.

I rented a trailer just to haul a washing machine. They charged me a 15$ cleaning fee.
