This location was closed during the online business hours. I dropped the trailer off and then was asked the next day to drop off the trailer as if I hadn't dropped it off. There was an app issue when I dropped it off so I had to call in and send a picture.

I dropped off trailer Friday afternoon Gate was locked and just had a drop box to deposit contract for trailer That left me without a record of my rental I later found out it was wrong location in Hollister. MY bad. Called and got it straightened out.
DONALD HI did not receive a dolly as requested but I was still charged.
Cheyenna HIt was an easy after hours drop off. The lower ratings are mostly because there were no personnel there to help, so I Baby rate them as helpful. (Maybe consider modifying your evaluation. ) The location could have been better kept.
SCOTT WThey were not there. I left the trailer were they told me to. It was during business hours. I still got charged $20 for after hours check out. That's CRAP!!
