Worst experience, the man at the store wouldn't come out of store and help me and my handicap husband unload the trailer..it was awful...would'nt tell anyone to go to this place, dirty , never even came outside...Darlene B.

Truck was broken and parked in mud so it was hard to even inspect without getting the key. Truck mirror literally came off, lasy that did the uhaul gave me a number that never got answered for 30 minutes. She calls another uhaul number with no luck. No help whatsoever. Had to pay for a second truck because mover cost was greater than truck cost. Now have two trucks to pay for and movers for an additional 2 hours because terrible service. Out 300 with no help from Uhaul, and a chat rep just disconnecting. Was told a Representative would reach out in 48 hours but have heard nothing. Worst service and next time just pay to get a truck from Home depot so they will atleast try to help youKevin K.

Please give better customer service. My main conplaint is not with this location it's with the company. U-Haul wait to call me to inform that the truck i reserved was not avaliable at my pick up time and i am all ready at the location to pick up the truck. They send me to another one and this lady has a bad attitude. I am very disappointed especially being that i chose them over another company that was said to be better than Uhaul by a friend. U-Haul failed me.Cathy D.

I showed up 30 min early and there was a customer there already having problems. I had my email with reservation number for 6 hours. The lady was foreugn and couldnt understand us telling us we didnt have reservation. They had already given someonevthe truck I needed. They finally was able to get meva truck but saidvi had to return at 2 instead of 4. It took me 1 1/2 hours to get my truck and only had itvfor 3 hours instead of 6. When I returned it there was a customer having the same problems we had. They wouldnt give me a receipt. Never again will rent a truck and will tell allvmy friends and family not to. The girl that did the rental was very friendly and courteous. The uhaul was great and got the job done. When returning the uhaul, a lady came out that was very hard to understand. She told me to fill up the gas tank. I explained the gas wasn't on full when I received it and only filled it up to where it was when I got it initially. So we go to handle the complete transaction and she tried overcharging me. I paid cash for the gas! I left a 100 $deposit. The rental was for 19,95 $ a day plus 0,79 $ mile. She tried charging me close to 110 $! I said umm that's not right. 19,95 $ a day and 0,79 $ a mile and I went 82 miles only comes out to like 89 $and some change. She said I went over the miles I started I was going to go and that's where the extra charges were. I said there's no way and no hoe. Look I called numerous times to return the truck the same night and no one answered the phone. She said what times. I said I started at 9pm and called all the way up to 930pm and no one answered which I thought was strange cause the website says you're open until 10pm. She said no ma'am we're open until 11pm. I said well I tried calling for a half hour and no one answered which caused me to put an additional 23 miles on the uhaul. Check your caller ID and gave her the number I called from. She said oh I see now, I don't know why she didn't answer. I still explained to her that there was no way my total could have been around 110 $. When I calculated the daily and mileage and tax and only came up with 95 $and some cents. I explained I have no reason to lie to her about the gas (which I pumped and paid cash for), about calling and trying to return the same night. It was just craziness to me but we finally got it settled.Shannon D.

I was scheduled to pick up at 8:00pm on Friday May 22. I could not get the truck because it had not been returned. I was told call later to see if it had been returned . I had to get it the next day. There were no hand trucks there was mud in the seats and one of the tail lights was out. The entire process of pick up should have been fast and simple as I had already done everything needed online prior to going. Initially the rep was unable to input my info into the system. Asked me and my son to come behind counter to see if we could. She was more concerned with waiting on store customers to help. The equipment my son had to put on my car. She did not come out of the store to see what was going on. Thankfully he works at an automobile dealership so very good at what he does or I would have been lost. Also advised her that a light was out she didn't say a word. Worse experience ever.Patricia R.

Attendant was difficult to communicate with and struggled with speaking English. She yelled at me on the phone when I tried to confirm My reservation before picking it up. The trailer did not have a wiring harness jumper so I had to take one from another trailer on their lot and the attendant didn't seem to care or really understand what I meant when I mentioned it. Overall, I got what I needed, but it was more stressful than it needed to be.James B.

The owner basically called me a liar about having the gas on full and bringing back the dolly. Accused me of wanting to keep it and would charge me 20,00 $ for needing it past 230. I told her I was offended by her calling me a liar and a thief. I have no reason to steal or lie to steal. She said well a lot of people do it. I explained I'm not a lot of people and it's disrespectful to automatically assume someone is a liar and a thief. I wouldn't recommend this location to no one!!!Sandy H.
Trailer had not been cleaned person at the counter did not have the experience or training to put info in the system. I had to put my info in the computer for her, the only thing she knew how to do was run my charge card. There was no one there to help hook up the trailer my husband, disabled, had to do it. No literature was given just a printout and a receipt. This is not what I am use to, and I use Uhaul frequently.JANICE D.

Employee took over 30 mins to get my paperwork correct. Chose people in line behind me as a priority.... served around 10 diffrent customers before i was through with. I was in a very big rush and they made me go out and look at the trailer for them to fill out the paperwork as he served other people. I was a littlw upset but at soon as i had hooked up the trailer the left tail light did not work. I wanted to exchange it but did not want to spend another hour in there with me checking the trailer numbers to figure out which one i could have. I rent alot from u-haul and i have never had an experience this poor. Merci.Stephen W.

First and foremost, the truck met my needs in getting items from a storage unit to a new location - about 13 total miles of travel. However, the truck itself (cab) was quite dirty. It had obviously not been cleaned from at least the last user and looked like it had been longer than that. The rental location is less than ideal. The rental process and check out/check in occurs in the midst of a typically chaotic convenience store. There was only one person working the store and UHaul situation at the same time, which was certainly not customer service oriented. The area where the equipment is kept is just off a busy parking area for the above-mentioned convenience store. It does make for a challenge for a less experienced driver of larger vehicles both upon departure and returning with equipment.Michael M.
Lady at drop ran after us after we completed actions as per instructions and dropped key off in box shouting at us that we were not supposed to put key in box. She made us go back out and take pictures of gas and mileage (after they had been sent on app as directed) . She was extremely hostile and rude.Susan B.
