I was told my total would be adjusted since I didn't use all the mileage I paid for up front. But was still charged the original payment with no reimbursement

Make sure the truck is cleaned and the gas is not on empty. They did not have the right equipment either.

Doug MThe location is convenient to Temple and Carrollton. I was able to leave my car which made drop off easier. Most of it was done on the APP which is good but makes you feel like you are doing all of the work. I mostly just needed them to give me the key, which is good because they are running the cash register for the store at the same time as checking you in or out. They sell gas there if you need to add any before your return.
